I really do like to keep the first screen primarily set to default, but as time goes on i tend to move the apps I use most like tweetie, things, and facebook to the first page. I really would love a 5 icon dock, and the ability to hide icons. on a non jailbroken phone. Those are my last requests to apple.

Default pretty much suits my usage of the iphone, being mainly safari and ipod.
Thinking about swapping out phone with settings to quickly access wifi networks. (I make like 2 calls a week, mostly a data user). Maybe beejive too, who needs to be ripped off with SMS when you got free IM.

I keep my entire home screen the way it is by default as a middle home screen, then I swipe to the left for all my games, or swipe to the right from home for all my other apps. 😀
