Why are they discontinuing this case? For the life of things, I can't understand why they don't show proper pictures on their website, and they are always having some kind of sale (that isn't a sale) except in this case, where it actually is a sale. Are they new cases (not returns or "misfits").

That is one beautiful case though. My favorite color too.
Bullstrap is not my favorite company, but at this price it’s worth checking out. Will it end up being my favorite case? No chance. But I don’t have a leather case for the PM, so this will round out the collection.

Probably didn’t sell enough because it makes your phone look old

I'll give it until Sunday before you have another case on order 😂

Third time’s a charm, as they say. After two copies with floppy camera controls, I finally have a clean copy of the Mous Limitless. Because of the combination of excellent drop protection, relatively light weight, good hand feel, and great buttons, this is likely to be my most used case going forward (as it has been in years past). Now if Mous would only improve their quality control so I don’t have to buy three to find one clean copy (in fairness, it seems QC has plummeted all across the industry).

Over here (in Germany), there are some typical trade-in portals where you can get a good price selling your devices. It gets you more than trading the devices in with Apple. If I wanted to sell my iPhone 17 PM today, the best offer would be 1300 euros. I actually checked a few weeks ago, purely out of curiosity – the prices are completely stable there right now. The prices haven't really dropped much at all.

That aramid fiber is a beauty until the fingerprints kick in. I can't even locate Mous on Amazon anymore.

Yeah, aramid is aramid and aramid shows fingerprints. 😉

It’s weird about Mous on Amazon. I have to search “Mous” which usually brings up only one item, then click on the “visit Mous store” link to see the entire lineup. Not sure what’s up.

That trade in value will drop once the new phone is announced then it usually drops again once the new phone is released.

I use my current device all the way until it is time to get my new device. You’d have to sell your device now to get that maximum trade in value and use another back up device for the next couple months. I’m good with Apple trade in value when it’s time to trade in.

I used to use third party resale sites and hated the fact that you have to play the waiting game on them approving if your phone is good for the value offered so you’re shipping your phone out to a third party with no guarantee of getting that value. One of my friends had a terrible experience with this that would be too long to get into and write.

I luckily never had issues but I stopped a few years ago and just deal with Apple directly for peace of mind and it’s instant if you do it in store or even if purchased online they deduct the value price right away off your new device purchase as well with a credit hold until they receive the device.
