In long term you should order Arc Pulse mate black. It's far more resistant that polished versions.
I have the matte black and polished graphite for the 16PM; you are correct, the polished scratches easier. I ordered the white/silver Air though, so silver Arc it is. 😊

Bummer. Hopefully you can convince them to provide a replacement.

I’ve returned a bunch of aramid cases for this reason (mostly Benks, but a couple of Pitaka). This is why I now only buy aramid cases from Amazon.
i got it at a discount with vouchers etc. If I were to return, I will lose the discount and place new order the pay full price :S

Thank you, that is pretty heavy, like Pitaka for my 16PM 😄.
Currently considering switching to Air 🤦‍♂️
As much as you prefer lightweight, minimalist cases, I suspect you would enjoy the Air. Thinner phone = even lighter cases…

Some quick photos of the two cases I ordered for my incoming iPhone 17 Pro: Nomad Modern Leather Olde Dublin and Apple TechWoven Green. I’d planned on keeping one, but they both look and feel superb. I usually go with a Nomad leather case and have never been disappointed, but the TechWoven could be a solid change of pace.

I always busy Pitaka cases especially for their perfect grip (and ultra thin and ultra light)
This Air case has a perfect grip
Meaning the sides have grip or the back itself has texture grip? Like if you put it on a surface does it easily slide off. I typically by a Caudabe Sheath for the texture but like the look of these Pitaka cases.
