Came here to see what everyone is looking at. I just cant figure out what color phone i want to order. My sister says Burgunday is too fem? I disagreed but its that or black. Ugh.

That appears to be a simplified button. Apple supposedly removed the touch and swipe gestures for the 18, so a simplified button makes sense. Case makers must be going nuts after putting so much energy into creating touch-sensitive buttons the past couple of years only to have Apple remove the functionality.
I think it should be darker. The two small images look different with the 18 pro max black TW looking darker

These finishes are fragile, so from a practical standpoint silver is the best choice. I like black phones though, so I’d go with black. Personally, when I’ve had colored phones, I’ve always tired of the color pretty quickly.

I think at this point I'd prefer an exposed hinge. Because with most cases with these magnetic hinges, you can't lay the phone flat on a table. The Apple Folio is an exception, because it's just a piece of cloth that retracts when you unfold the phone. Pretty neat actually.

I sat down to write a list of cases to check out until October, but that list is pretty short right now. I hope we'll get a wider selection until then.
With this Torras I don't like that they added a magnetic hinge that - without a front cover - will now touch the front screen when unfolded. There's gotta be better solutions for this...

I absolutely hate that they removed that functionality after only two cycles. Why keep the button at all. And on the Duo, why the CC button with reduced functionality but no action button? With an action button you could just set it to open the camera if you needed. Or tie several functions to it.

This begs the question, if 17 cases fit the 18, does it naturally follow that 18 cases fit the 17? I’d say, not necessarily. The 18 Pitaka on the 17 is one example, with a gap at the plateau.

It arrives tomorrow! Looking forward to seeing it. I really like the Taupe and Chambray Blue as well but I love the basic Black. All black everything this year! TechWoven was my second favorite case after Pitaka so I already know I’ll like it especially if it’s darker.
I’m not too happy with all the silver camera plateau rings on the Pitakas this year. It’s like their line up is catered to Silver iPhones and Burgundy iPhones only.

I’m not sure if this is the reason, but chipping was a problem on their black rings in the past (that’s why they added the TPU protector on the old “Pro”).
I’m debating between the Taupe, Chambray blue, and Olive to pair with my black PM. Looking forward to seeing everyone’s pictures of the cases!
Yeah that’s strange that they did that. You would think they would have done it in black

I've had the Taupe and Blue delivered today.
Will be running the blue on my black pro. The Taupe is a little too muddy for me.
Have sent both back (Taupe, not wanted, Blue not perfect) and have ordered another blue.
