(Design, Screen, Speed) just to name a few.

All those you stated aren't imperative enough for me to upgrade. My 3GS can do 97% of the things an iPhone 5 can, although slower, so what's the point?

Wow most people with the latest and greatest.

Still using the 3GS here, does everything I need to do :)

Same here.

Considering I buy phones unlocked, I'd have a serious buyer's remorse buying a new iPhone... it won't do anything new over 3GS. And what matters to me(camera) isn't better than Nokia N8(my benchmark) so I'd feel like I've wasted money.

Maybe iPhone 6S will be worth upgrading to.

Heres my timeline.

2008 - I got an iPhone 2G
Later in 2008 - I got an iPhone 3G
2010 - Sold my iPhone 3G and then went 2 years without an iPhone. :(
2012 - Got an iPhone 3GS
2013 - Just got an iPhone 4S a few days ago! :D

Still on my first iPhone wich is a iPhone 4 - 32gb.
Only switched from my beloved Nokia e71 because apple removed iSync.

Its a phone, it works. I got a calendar, notes, maps, contacts, email, music. Well it does all I want, and it does it just perfect.

People always looks odd at it, and asking if it aint a little old, but well it suits my needs, everything else is just a perk. People remember what it is, and live your life in the real life, not in the iLife ;)

Mine: White iPhone 5, 32GB. It is my first iPhone and I really love the device.
But it could be better if the iPhone gets a bigger screen.

32 GB 4S with 5.1.1. I may get a 5S depending on how good iOS 7 and the TV-out support are (I use this a lot with my 4S and apparently the 5 requires a new adapter and has worse quality). Whatever I get will be 64 GB though because I'm always having to juggle content with 32.

iPhone 4. It has not aged well. The home button is broken and it crashes often. I hope to replace it very soon.

Had the 4 but gifted it to my mom when I bought the 4S. Didn't feel that much difference except for the camera, which is awesome.

I'm planning on buying the iPhone 6 (eighth generation) since the iPhone 5 has the same camera as the 4S and that was the only thing I was expecting to see bumped on the 5.

There are people out there still using the original iPhone? Wow

I remember standing in line to buy the iPhone 4 and seeing lots of people using the original iPhone. It's only a few years later and I can still understand someone using that phone. It was a great phone.

I sold mine last year here on these forums with box and unused accessories for $100.

Stuck with my 4S after not being able to find a 5 a little after it saw release.

And I'm glad i did.

With Android stuff like the HTC One making other phones look basic, it's gonna take a bit for me to buy into the next iPhone, however it looks. Especially now I'm thinking of becoming an iPad guy and switching to an Android phone.

But that's neither here nor there.

I'm using the 4S, which still performs admirably.

iPhone 4 since launch. It is also my first iphone. Still works great. Depending if iOS 7 runs on it I will start thinking about upgrading.
