What's really interesting about this poll is that it's running just about 50-50 4.7 vs 5.5

It pretty solid evidence that the Plus is severely constrained because Apple just didn't make that many. The iPhone 6 Plus is the new Gold 5S

Lovin It

I ordered the 128Gb 6plus in Gold. For an extra $100 I feel I may have regretted not doing it. I have a gold iPhone 5s and the color is awesome. I really wasn't sure I'd like it when I ordered, but I ended up liking it better than the other colors. My case covers much of it, but the gold shows through my tech 21 case and looks great. While locked in my green Life Proof for all my summer fun, color didn't really matter.

After continuous refresh of iPad, iMac, Macpro, iPhone 5 and 5s the store on the iPhone 5 was the first to load.

Ordered at 12:22 PDT from Apple Store App on iPhone 5. Delivery scheduled for the 19th.

We stay at on-site hotels and we go back for lunch and a short nap which gives us time to charge our devices. :D

WDW heard our pleas and now has charging lockers in the park. They are free but require you to use a credit card to lock and unlock the locker.

------------------------------------------------

The reason that I chose the iPhone 6+ is the longer battery life and additional stabilization features in the camera. The 128 GB storage will rock when shooting all those pictures of little ones having the time of their life at WDW. There was a time when we shot pictures carefully, afraid to waste film.

Ordered 6 Plus 128 Gold

I still think it will feel big on my rather small hands

But couldn't pass on the much better specification

I'm a heavy user, so the stronger the better

Hopefully I will get used to the size by time.

Ps I held my friend's Note 3 & that was huuuuge! Specially with the heave duty flip case she had on!

But I'm sure the 6P won't feel that way.

Why would you think that? The 6+ is bigger than the Note 3...

But it's thinner isn't it?

Because the note 3 I held was very thick, I'm sure it's not only the case!

So if the 6+ is bigger but thinner & lighter in weight it will be more comfortable in hand.

I don't have the full Note 3 measurments to compare though!

I was originally planning on the iphone 6 space grey with 64GB memory. However I opted for the iphone 6 plus in space grey & 64GB

I don't tend to like thin devices. I had to give up a 5th gen IPod touch because of that. I go naked with my devices and I dropped that one many times. Lucky nothing happened to it.

Oops
Looks like my info are mostly wrong

Sorry!

iPhone6:
Dimensions 158.1 x 77.8 x 7.1 mm
(6.22 x 3.06 x .28)
Weight 172 grams

I searched for Note3

Dimensions 151.2 x 79.2 x 8.3 mm (5.95 x 3.12 x 0.33 in)
Weight 168 g (5.93 oz)

So apparently 6+ is bit taller, heavier but bit thinner & less wide

It's safer for me to say I will feel more comfortable with 6+ than N3 because I love using iOS & hate Android

& hopefully I will get used to the big size! I don't live in US & we don't have an Apple Store here. Thinking of Returning/Replacing will be a big hassle!

Beside as I said, the better specification on the 6+ suits my usage more; aside from the huge size.

I agree, thinner devices tend to slip easier but they look better!

I too I always prefer going naked with my devices.. I hate putting a case on where it will make the device bulky and will hide the beautiful corners/colors etc

I tend to handle my new devices with super extra care the first few months but then out of no where it will just fall every couple of days or so :/

Thankfully Apple devices are strong, my iPhone 5 had fallen for so many times the surrounding aluminium looks awful but luckily everything else is great

But since the new ones are full Aluminium so I better find some very slim/bumper alike to take care of it.

I am concerned cause I have the HTC One M7 and it is slippery but not as thin as the iPhone 6. I probably will order a case from Amazon for day 1 just in case to calm my fear.

Other takeaways - Plus buyers are much more into Gold and much more likely to spring for 128gb.

I am also worried about it being slippery, especially for photography. What I'll probably do is use it without a case day to day, but get some kind of super-grippy, protective case for when I'm taking it somewhere to take a lot of pictures, especially if it's going to be around water. Last year I went hiking, there were a lot of streams I had to jump over, and even with my much smaller 4S I got a little nervous.

Lol, part of the reason I wanted mine was for Universal/Harry Potter but at least I still have a few months to go. :p

Here right now the ride, area, connecting train experience are fantastic :)

I thought the new Harry Potter ride (Universal Studios) queue was long (7 hours) I suspect the queue for the iPhone 6+ will make that look like a picnic.

Stay at an on site resort, they're generally awesome plus you get into Gringot's an hour before the park opens - we rode Sat and Sun morning and the wait was about 15 minutes :)

Awesome! I'm envious. I don't go there until the Harry Potter Celebration next year. Staying at an on site deluxe, too. Last time we went, we stayed at Loews Royal Pacific and there were absolutely no wait time for FJ since we were first at the turn stiles at EPA. We practically had to run through Hogwarts Castle. We made good use of our Unlimited Express Passes, too. I don't think I can visit Universal anymore without Express Pass. :p

Last time we went, we forgot to pack the camera so we just used our iPhone 5. The 6/6+ should make for better pictures if we forget our Sony again. :p

It was super fun! I might toss up a post in the community section about our trip, a few pics, etc., if you’re interested.

I got an email about that special event, in Feb I believe, sounds neat, have a fun trip.
