I love Reacher and can’t wait to watch season 4. But you know what I always have to think about for a second with every new season? How, in the name of all that is holy, is Alan Ritchson an good enough actor to be Reacher and Thad Castle!

A mini series on the events, thought provoking, think the acting could have been a touch better. But worth a watch if you are interested in it at all. It does skip a few years, however it is still on going really so not surprising. Kudos to the props and sets though, using cars from the correct era etc. A lot of precedence came out from it I never realised.

EDIT TO ADD: LOL, I totally missed the fact that the show title is not on the image...! The TV show in question is Shameless, and it is the US variant...

In German: Notruf California
Original title: Emergency!, later Emergency One

I watched this series when I was a kid. Excellent series! And as an aside: it shows how the procedures developed further over time. So the series are a good document of the times.

Just finished season 1, season 2 started today and it is absolutely brilliant! Not sure if you will get it in the US as it is a BBC show, I think? It is on the BBC iPlayer anyway, if you can get it and enjoy a British modern day who done it, I highly recommend it.

This and Slow Horses and The Gentlemen are my favourite British shows at the moment. All of which have new seasons coming or now out.

Finished Tires, very funny and great characters even though lots of under the belt jokes, maybe too much?

Sterling Point, I feel ashamed to watch teenage shows with teenagers having adult problems…well this one has beautiful scenery but the plot is a bit weird with all the changes…still don’t know who the father is and why haha

Still looking through what good stuff Disney offers.
Before Women’s Champions League gets going soon again - which was the reason I signed up at Disney in the 1st place.

Finished Punisher - so I’m done with killing for awhile - but I liked it 😉
I have new seasons of 2 other series there to - Daredevil Born again and Ironfist.
Then I will continue watching the 'little guy’ Reacher on Prime too - saw a new season were out there too.

I was thinking of take a few months with Apple TV, and watch Silo and For all Mankind at least.
But it’s postponed still, maybe when the winter comes?

Just started Silo this afternoon whilst on the cross trainer.

Just discovered that Peacock has "Kolchak: The Night Stalker" reliving my youth as my father and I used to enjoy watching it together back in the 1970's.

Binged Shōgun over the weekend, after recently reading the book.

It was good. Though not fantastic, so in a way I was slightly disappointed.

This is not because they had omitted and/or changed (quite) a lot from the book, that's to be expected (although - without spoiling too much - the main love story from the book was more or less axed, making the climax a bit weird in the series); it was just more a slight/vague "feeling" I had that this could've been better.

Two specific, but minor annoyances, though:
* Cosmo Jarvis - playing John Blackthorne - made an acting decision to sound overly dramatic whenever he spoke (sounding like an English anime character).
* The outdoor exterior shots - especially in and around Ajiro that was clearly not shot in Japan and looked much more like the Canadian coastline (where it was actually shot, so not 100% unnatural).

Still looking forward to the next season though (even if it's a bit weird that they'll follow the historic events, but with Clavell's made up names for all the characters).

I just finished the 2 seasons of Paradise. It's a fun watch, I went in blind not knowing the
bunker
premise and enjoyed it a lot. It's great for those waiting for more
Silo
episodes or thinking it's moving a bit slow.

I might start Furious today since I've heard great things.
