White iPhone 4 to Finally Arrive By End of April

Watch them not have a white iphone 5. The main reason I waited on getting the iphone 4 was I wanted a white version. Hindsight being what it is... well actually I'm not sure I made the right decision, I think the white 3GS looks better. And at this stage, I'll see what at&t does this summer/fall with my unlimited plan and the new iphone 5 whenever it comes out. I doubt I'd jump ship to an android but I'll keep my options open.
Not if they update their cpu to A5, or hopefully upgrade the ram to 1GB as well.

Only way i'm getting this phone is if I walk in apple and can swap my black one either easily or by bull****ing a defect and asking for white. otherwise iPhone 5 is worth the wait even if its not soon, I mean phones are usually in our pockets anyway....when they are not, i usually look at my screen...
I just ordered the iPad 2, white, and have an iPhone 4, personally either option works fine, every time a new product comes out the old one (if in good shape) sells for a real good price and can pretty much be flipped for a new one, got 220 for my iphone 3g when the iphone 4 came out
I'm a proud owner of a rooted Droid X, waiting for the Bionic to come out, once I saw this, I admit, I was taken with the sexiness of the phone. I'd be willing to get rid of my rooted sweet Android phone for the white. I'm such a nerd.
Hoping this phone has a spec update like the 3GS from 3G, that would be fantastic.

They are already out in the wild. How do I know? Read below
I was in a restaurant in the bay area earlier this week when a lady walked in to pick up her takeout. She was yakking on a white iPhone. I got a nice look at it from about 3-4 feet away. It wasn't a black iPhone with a white cover, it was clearly a white iPhone with no cover. Saw the silver Apple logo and the engravings very clearly. It did strike me as odd, but I haven't been tracking all-things-apple closely, so didn't know if the white iPhone was in the market or not.
And yes, it could be that the lady had paid mega bucks to get a custom white skin, but that honestly seems more far fetched.

You realise that it's been possible to buy the conversion kits to make your iPhone 4 white for over 6 months right?

I've been happily using my old iPhone 3G until a few weeks ago when my partner got herself an iPhone 4. I can't get over how fast it compared to my old chugger! So have had a bout of upgrade-itis since then. The white 4 looks amazing, just hope it gets released in the UK soon.

this white phone delay seems rather odd.
hopefully those who wanted the color will now finally be able to get one.
you guys do realize that with this product release the wait for the iphone 5 will be a long time from now? people that do have iphones or smartphones can wait. but people with phones that can only make calls and texts and batterys that last for 3 hours. will deffiantly jump on this iphone due to the fact it is "new" i for one will be buying this on verizon on a upgrade plan the day it comes out.

Now although a white iPhone version does not appeal to me just as the white iPad did not, I'm pretty sure my wife would love to exchange her black iPhone for a white one.
The release of this new color sure does concern me (as others have stated) as to the release of the iPhone 5. This has to spell doom for a summer release and possibly pushes it to the Christmas holiday time frame.
