Yes! Finally! I've been waiting for the white iPhone 4 since launch. I'm with Verizon and I'm eligible to upgrade to the iPhone on April 22nd. Just in time. I was going to go ahead with the black, but now I'm going with white.
Between this and the Commodore 64 coming back with a Blu-Ray player attached, I couldn't be more bored of this summer's big news already.![]()
Anyone actually planning on buying this? Especially with a refresh right around the corner?
Might get this, might not. Don't do contracts so it would be a simple case of buying and selling. Something most people I know do. You lot (Americans) should start doing the same and stop being beholden to 24 month contracts.
Well, with a sample size of 2, my wife bought a white iP3G and I bought a black one...

mac1984user said:Yawn. What's the point? This thing will have a shelf life of 5.5 months at most and then it will be superceded by a more powerful model. Surely anyone who wanted an iPhone 4 (white or black) has bought one by now. How many holdouts can there SERIOUSLY be??
I think the lack of a March/April iOS 5 preview pretty much confirmed that. No new OS, no new iPhone. If we get the preview in June at WWDC, that means we get new hardware in September, which is likely to be the launch date of iOS 5.
This again is based off of Apple always shipping a new OS with a new iPhone.
LOL. White iPhone 4 will be the duke nukem forever of iPhones.
That is why iPhone (4) sales will remain close to zero until the iPhone 5 introduction. A white iPhone 4 will not change that very much.At this point, waiting another 3 - 5 months for an iPhone 5 would be more prudent than being locked into something so soon before a new device comes out.
