Meh. Too late.
right on...why don't they just call this iPhone 5 and release it at WWDC. Still looks best in black
Meh. Too late.
Now I'd just wait for the iPhone 5
I saw one in the wild.
Employee at an AT&T store in Charlotte, NC had one last week when I stopped in to purchase a car charger. He said they are probably going to be out soon, but mentioned that he is having problems with the proximity sensor. he said the screen display is staying on when he is on calls and that his cheek/ear are activating display controls. Could it be an issue with the bright white reflecting too much light into the sensor?
I have same problem on my IP4
That is why iPhone (4) sales will remain close to zero until the iPhone 5 introduction. A white iPhone 4 will not change that very much.![]()
I wonder how many people will side-grade to the white one. Not sure how many new sales this will spur.
Lol, I get it! 'Cuz Duke Nukem Forever is finally getting released!LOL. White iPhone 4 will be the duke nukem forever of iPhones.
It's a shame it's taken this long to be released, the iPhone looks gorgeous in white.
Anyone feel confident buying a white one given the problems they've had getting one made?
Might get this, might not. Don't do contracts so it would be a simple case of buying and selling. Something most people I know do. You lot (Americans) should start doing the same and stop being beholden to 24 month contracts.
Anyone actually planning on buying this? Especially with a refresh right around the corner?
Tons of iPhone 4's being sold right now on both Att and Verizon... See it everyday
If you ain't white, you ain't right!
Seriously, why bother?
Big deal.
I'm not sure why we even need an iPhone 5.
The iPhone 4 is a great form factor. It does the job. At most what it needs is a spec jump (64GB, and maybe clock the CPU faster) and that should hold people over for another year.
I mean, before we had:
iPhone
iPhone 3G
iPhone 3Gs (pretty much the same form factor but faster CPU)
iPhone 4
I suspect we may get an iPhone 4 plus or something like that.
Also, do you people really need a new phone every year? I had my Treo 650 for nearly four years. The only reason I only kept my Palm Pre for less than a year was that it started having hardware problems.
Meh, my 3G S works fine for now.
When Apple starts talking about the 64 GB (or better yet, 128 GB - though I'm not holding my breath) iPhone 5, then we'll talk.
Besides, when my contract is up in July, iPhone 5 talks should hopefully be out. I can wait.
White iPhone 5 64 GB LTE + white iPad 3 128 GB (Wi-Fi + LTE) - I can dream, can I not?![]()
