White iPhone for me!

If there were white ones available, I think we would have heard about it by now from other people.
 
OP is embarrassed to come post that it was a mixup, or he went into a rage and killed himself :)
 
the OP shouldn't be embarassed about it if it turns out no white iPhone, it was Best Buy's fault for incorrectly informing about alleged white iPhone exist. He should come out and just tell us, it's not the OP fault.;)
 
It looks like he may have taken down the video of his voicemail, it's not in his user account on youtube?

It's an unlisted video.
An unlisted video is a different type of private video. "Unlisted" means that only people who know the link to the video can view it (such as friends or family to whom you send the link). The op obviously wasn't lying, we all saw the video of the conversation so don't blame him. It's the misinformed Best Buy guy.

Well this guy obviously thought it was legit, and got disappointing. He wanted to be the one and only with a white one, I don't blame him and if I had a call from Bestbuy I would hope too

I agree. I do hope he managed to somehow get a white one though, even though it's looking unlikely.
 
You know if this dude would have picked up a white iPhone4, he would have taken a picture of that thing with his 3G(s?) and posted it here, and most likely Gizmodo/Engaget, before he ever left the store.

It sucks to get duped by BB. I was rooting for him. White box strikes again!
 
Its a shame, the guy goes out of his way to wave it in everybody's noses, uses some drone at Best Buy as "proof".
When he obviously fails, he goes and hides instead of starting on his warm bowl of crow.
 
I don't think eating crow is necessary since he wasn't wrong, he was just misinformed, which isn't his fault. But still.... give an update for crying out loud! Tell us what happened and if any Best Buy employees were harmed.

That he was misinformed isn't the problem.
Its him taking some drone's word as gospel, then running to Mac Rumors to tell everyone, "White iPhone for me!!!" then going through all the trouble to make a video to prove his point since it was so important that everyone believed him.

So, yep, the big, steaming bowl of crow is sitting at his table right now.

Its not like he posted on here, the Best Buy guy says it is white so I am hoping.
He took it to the bank, baby!!!
