I had been feeling a bit sad that no-one else I knew was getting an :apple: Watch so I mightn't be able to try out the send-your-heartbeat and send-a-sketch features on my Watch. But I just found out that my sister has also put in a pre-order - yay! :)

Even better, hers isn't in the first batch, so I can send her an animated emoji smirk when mine arrives first ;)

How about you - who else do you know who will have a watch?

who cares , as along as i get my mine first before anyone body or even you heck i might be sending you smirks too via forums ....hastag it #creppy... ;)
 
Not many. Mostly just myself, my significant other, and you weirdos here.

Zero. No one has done so yet. But several are planning to.

I'm gifting one to my brother for his upcoming, err significant, birthday but there will be no sharing of heartbeats or cute drawings....so I'm still hoping someone I know (more appropriate) will. :)
 
I've got three coworkers that have ordered along with me. We're all in the first batch. I don't really see us sending heartbeats to each other though. We're not that kind of coworkers;)

Don't know if anyone planning to get one either. Everyone I've talked to it about thinks its overpriced.
 
My wife is first batch, mine isn't til may. That's what you get when one orders sport and the other stainless steel...
 
Nobody. Literally every adult in my family has an iPhone 6 but nobody seems all that interested in the watch. I'm not positive that most of them are even aware of it.
 
Nobody, and nobody I know is likely to get one, either. But I wasn't likely to send anyone a little beating heart, anyway.

I know several other coworkers who are waiting until preorders are filled and they have seen mine.
 
My husband and I each ordered one, but neither of us know anyone else personally who ordered one. We were talking about that last week, finding it curious that of all the Apple lovers like us we know, no one is talking about the watch. We tend to be early adopters when it comes to all things Apple, so I guess that's why. They will just have to lust over ours. :D

FWIW I was the only one in my office/peer group with the iPad 1. For a few weeks, anyway--they saw mine and suddenly everyone wanted one.
 
I don't know anyone else getting one. My girlfriend has an iPhone but she doesn't wear a watch now, and doesn't seem interested in the Apple Watch. I guess that could change once she sees mine but I doubt it. I'm in the first wave.
