Yes as my contract lines up. I think processor bump and improved camera + waterproofing makes it worth while.

Not on day one since I can't have it on day one, being in a country where there is no Apple Store.

If the next iphone has true tone display then I'm definitely getting it day one. If not I'll probably just wait a little.

I have a 6 and am still pleased with it. "Hey Siri" would be nice, as would 3D Touch, improved water resistance, etc., so right now I don't see me biting the bullet in 9/2016.

I would if more marked improvements are introduced. Also, I've grown weary of managing my 16GB.

If I do change my mind, I will preorder on day 1. I don't care for the hassle of the waiting game and in stock vs. out of stock and checking stores, online, etc.

I have no plans to, not sure how i could make such a decision without seeing it otherwise I'd simply be buying it because its the latest one..

Why would I want to commit to something I've not even seen yet? Ask again after the rollout.

you've practically seen it already. Apple releases are not secret any more... Lately anything thats rumored is exactly whats released. Starting with that iPhone 4 that the apple employee lost in the bar we have not been surprised by any iphone release.

For me , it all depends on apples improvement on the camera. If it's the same, only 12mp at f/2.2, then I'll be getting an android (Galaxy note 6/7) if their camera is better. I mean, Apple has been so far behind on the camera and optics, it's not even funny. It took them 4 years to get away from 8mp...really? They say the plus model will have a dual lens camera, then they say the option has been scrapped due to technical difficulties. So who knows. I'll be looking at both phones and then decide.

Get a dslr then.

I hope I will be able to. Not sure how considering I'll be switching from AT&T to T Mobile. I hope online allows me to make the switch (I will not wait in the lines at the store).

I probably won't. I heard they're hiking the price of them which is unnecessary.

That seems to be enough for many people, just the fact that it's the latest iPhone. I prefer to wait for the launch and even hear some hands-on impressions. Apple, and other companies, have no incentive to improve once consumers get in the habit of handing them cash every time they put their logo on something.

lol the best? i don't think so.

I have one... The best available. The Nikon D810 with Carl Zeiss Optics.

thats hardly "the best". zeiss lenses are overpriced and not the best. and the d810 is old now. there are better cameras out there.

Most will post how this is no different than the 6S (because iPhones are only improved if it looks different, I guess), yet later we will see posts on people bragging that theirs have shipped, and complained how their screens have yellow tint.
The weird behaviors of consumers.

I know you're not complaining about yellow screen and you're just mocking all the yellow screen threads with every new iPhone/iPad release. But with iOS 10 yellow screen can be countered. It's not made for this purpose or advertise as such either but it does work. New colour filter options in Settings > General > Accessibility > Display Accommodations > Color Filters > On > change to Color Tint and adjust Intensity and Hue sliders. I've tested it by turning on Night Shift and then countering the yellow effect of that back to "normal".
[doublepost=1466840819][/doublepost]On topic though. I'll be getting an iPhone 7 day one (or as close to day one as possible) I'm itching to replace my iPhone 6 and finally be on an iPhone with 3D Touch (which is seeing some love in iOS 10)
