I don't because I'm only 16 years old. There are still several other people in high school that do drink. I was talking with a friend today about how he still felt hung over from the night before.
Very different culture in the UK I think.
I would say a majority of people aged 16/17 in the UK drink.. maybe only a small majority, 55% or something.

" How long does beer last in the fridge?"
I started really drinking when I was 14. They call me a late bloomer. Age has nothing to do with drinking, it's just that someday you will have a beer and go "Hey, this stuff isn't bad..." - a couple of months later you'll be living off it.I don't because I'm only 16 years old. I don't drink at all but heres a question I don't think has been brought up. Perhaps it's just that most people I know that are the nice looking girls, drink. But question to you know many of you non drinkers commonly hook up with good looking girls as opposed to the ones who do drink?
Also how many of those girls do you know that don't?
It's more so just a general question cause from what I've noticed that seems to be how it is, atleast around here.
I don't go in for any of that. I met my now-girlfriend on the first day of college. 2 months later we were going out. Alcohol played no part in it and all these "pretty girls" were met at college, university, doing photography...
It's rather uncreative, and slightly worrying if this is a popular view, that you need to drink to meet "pretty girls". Better still I'd rather find a stimulating "pretty girl" who doesn't need to drink to meet other people.

Depends on area nearly all 16/17 year olds where I live drink, I know this as I'm part of them.
From my experience, its more like 80-90%, and 70% drink a lot quite often.

I saw this one twice but let it go at first. Cannabis is fine and probably better than alcohol in the short run and probably the long run. (Have fun going Corporate) But LSD: Watch yourself, you must be young and haven't seen the long term effects. A few times in your youth you will be OK. But, have you ever known a long term (< 1year) LSD dealer? There is a reason for that. It really changes you after a while. I have had really smart friends loose their intelligence and entire personality from over exposure! I don't want to hijack the thread but just don't think of that on the same level as drinking!
Although I don't strictly not drink, I very rarely do.
Just sort of got over it, doesn't really interest me. The drunk feeling during being drunk quickly passes being fun, and the aftermath certainly isn't any fun at all.
I'll happily have a drink, but I'm certainly not part of binge drinking britain.
Well, I don't drink and I'm not hooked up with a good looking girl, as opposed to my friends who drink. I guess the common opinion is that you can't have fun with someone who doesn't drink.
