Got charged and preparing to ship as well. Email confirmation at 3:03 EST. I live East Central Florida if it matters.

Not yet into X:04. I'm :03:37 in San Francisco and haven't been charged.

Wahoo preparing for shipment! Finally!!! 12:04 San Diego.

So there's something wrong; either (1) you and/or Aarsinic are mistaken about the time your order was logged by Apple or (2) the fill-preorders-strictly-in-the-order-they-arrived idea is wrong. (Possibly his/her e-mail software rounded a 12:03:32 receipt up to 12:04??? If so, you may be right on the brink.)

I suppose neither you nor Aarsinic specifically mentioned that you're talking about a 42mm SS BSB, but I'm presuming that that's implied....

anyone in the midwest just get charged? I wonder if the time difference has anything to do with it and maybe we will start seeing more charges in 30-60 minutes??

Yes. 42SS BSB. I pulled the time from my mail header.

I sent Tim Cook an email, and got a response from the Apple executive staff concerning my email and my complaints to narrow the 15minute conversation to as small as possible, we're all in a line and my position is at 180 seconds, no one cuts the line. And we happened to pick the hugest demanded product SSSB black, and that we are guaranteed delivery before 5/8 and that an exact date could not be specified only to be aware that the production is at 100% and their number one priority is to ship them out as fast as humanly possible. He said that we will be notified usually 3:30 pm and 1030pm of ups shipping, if you paid with Apple pay your card is already approved and won't show pending transactions and that it will go through the second that the product go les out for delivery

Hope this helps

We should see progress this week they expect delivery before 5/8 that's simply a fall back time frame and he went on to say we are lucky to have that window because its the first shipping window available

This sounds promising for shipping out tonight

Just as an FYI. I just got off the phone with BMO here in Canada. They told me that Apple charged my card at 10:07. However they also told me that they placed a block on my card after that transaction went though as they thought it was fraud due to the number of Apple transactions I've had lately. Luckily I told them of my additional SS BSB purchase so they would let that go though. So be aware of possible card problems.

My first 42 SS BSB had a order confirmation time of 3:05am EDT.
My second 42 SS BSB had an order confirmation time of 3:08am EDT.

I've been charged for the first Apple Watch, but no charge yet for the second.

When you get the email will depend on a bunch of things outside of Apple's process. I don't have an email because I initially had an old work email in when I placed my order. I have the text from Amex on the initial charge at 3:03. I assume that means I am somewhere in the 3:03-3:04 range. I also don't think your payment method or bank has anything to do with it. It's time plus geo location.

Is it possible email notifications may not be accurate representations of time ordered? I'm not trying to discount everyone, just thinking that different mail servers behave differently.

Of course I get the "preparing for shipment" on a Friday evening at 11:30pm where there's no chance of a Sat or Sun delivery.

Can we fast-forward the weekend? C'mon Monday!!

I thought someone had verified that Saturday deliveries were happening.
