Friend talked with UPS today when he got his sport. Apparently UPS has an agreement with Apple for Saturday deliveries. Maybe we will see some tomorrow!

That's an alarming prospect, so I just had a chat session with Apple Support regarding my order. After I'd established my preorder bonafides:

There's not much that's terribly edifying in there, but it does convince me that my X:05 confirmation e-mail does in fact correspond to an X:05-logged preorder.

I hope that is correct in most cases, including ours. Thanks for checking.:apple:

Wow, the thread starter!

If posts on this thread (and the whole ship-in-order-that-preorders-were-received concept) are to be believed, the shipping notifications have just moved into the X:04 minute. As an X:05:47 myself, I suspect I have several planeloads' worth of time yet to wait. X:07 is presumably still further out.

Perhaps, but there will come a time soon where we see bigger chunks of time. The first 5-10 minutes probably had more orders than the next 2 hours.

Been at work all day and have not checked...
Checked T 8 PM nothing
Now kothing

Ordered at 2:01 CST, confirmation 2:04 CST
No charge
No status change
UPS has nothing
FedEx has nothing
Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing

Saturday would be awesome except for the fact that I have it shipping to my workplace, and we close on Saturday... here's hoping the mailroom still accept packages on the weekends otherwise I'm gonna have to track that truck down.

I was told this by customer service at Apple as well, but I don't really listen to them. But maybe they actually do speak some sense this time

I have a TD Visa.

I just checked my account via the TD app, as well as via the Mint app, and I nothing has shown up.

Preparing for shipment!!!

The transaction hasn't shown up on my Visa, but I noticed that my available credit for the month just dropped by about the price of the watch, so I checked Apple's order status page, and lo and behold, that status changed to "Preparing For Shipment".

I'm so glad to finally be rid of that wretched "Processing Items" label that I've had to stare at for over two weeks.

A lot of these recent charge notifications look like they are from the eastern part of the continent, eh? Maybe there's another batch out there coming west ?
