who order a 42mm Stainless Steel Apple watch with Black sports

Kind of bummed to see this with the BSB, might do that 14 day band exchange that was mentioned yesterday and swap it for a white when I finally get this thing.

Oh there are tons of kick starter groups and such that have fantastic aftermarket prospects. Can't wait to NOT go with Apple for aftermarket bands.

You do realize these ppl who have these listings on EBay do not have the watch on hand? They are selling you a delivery date, and a promise that once they get it. They will send it to you.

Why not wait until you have one in your hands before canceling? Sure, go eBay or whatever, but cancel when you have your watch.

That's like quitting your job before interviewing when you can interview with a paycheck and quit after a new job offer.
 
We have a saying in my county. You don't take your clothes off without getting hot water. Looses something in the translation.

I see several planes due to depart Anchorage tonight. They should land before 9:00 AM tomorrow morning.:D Let's keep our fingers crossed.
 
Does anyone know where orders to NYC are being dispatched from once they arrive in the states? I hear a lot of people talking about Kentucky, but didn't know where orders in the ti-state area are coming from.
 
Pre-ordered the 42mm SS BSB and received my confirmation at 3:03 AM Eastern time. I received the email of death on 4/22 at 10:00 pm.

I finally received my "shipped" notification today along with tracking number a few minutes before 2:00 pm Eastern time today.

Congrats. I too have a email confirmation of :03am I'm still processing though.
 
Guys - we must talk in seconds when discussing the timeframes we recorded confirmation. Stock is that thin that 30 seconds later could mean another week of waiting.

I think it's nuts that it is that specific. My confirmation email is at xx:05:55 and I feel like I'll be waiting forever!

Out of curiosity, do you know your full confirmation time with the seconds? I'm asking because mine was 3:03:47 and I've had no movement on my watch. I'm just curious how close I'm getting.

And it's a sad thing that this is likely the case. Maybe a bit of an exaggeration but the fact that we are still talking about people who ordered in the first 5 minutes after ordering going live not yet receiving a shipping notification. I can't believe Apple was so unprepared for this release.

Yes they severely underestimated this configuration or had production issues. I think the latter since this is an entry level for the SS with a basic popular color.

I think we are hovering around the :03:30 range +/- 10 sec.

Do we have enough data to support that cc charges happen when flights land in AK? I'm curious as to when in the transport process this task is triggered.

I believe for US, we're right around your timeline. You will definitely be next batch.
 
Am I screwed?

I ordered from NYC with confirmation time of 3:06:48 AM EST. Should I just give up hope of getting my Watch this week? I'm leaving for California next weekend so debating whether I should change my shipping address, and if so, how long I should wait to do that :( I'm a developer and every day that goes by without testing makes me feel like a wasted day :/
