Isn't that insane? That number is ridiculous! If we were talking cheap electronics, that would still be impressive, but the craftsmanship and detail that go into an Apple product.....its mind blowing! (Yes, I had to google it to make sure you weren't just throwing a number out there)

As to how many watches? Considering the product is this early and the demand is not anywhere close, and Apple had no way of knowing for sure what the demand would be?? I'd say they can't get anywhere close to half a million units a day....but I'm not a Tim Cook logistics and manufacturing master....so what do I know?
