Personally, this is exactly the reason I can easily go back to a 3.5" iPhone assuming one was released with iPhone 6-level hardware. I've been spoiled by the iPad's larger screen that my iPhone has mostly been relegated to simple phone duties and camera. With Continuity and phone and SMS relay, even the phone duties are likely to be handled by the iPad (as front-end client with iPhone as back-end server).once you bigger you cant go back, thats a fact.
since its kind of the trend, id just like like to know.
and it'll be good as a developer to see if we should still support the 3.5 " screen.
Who still uses it?
I think your kids will be soon nagging you to let them upgrade since the 4s is going to be slow if she upgrades to ios 8My oldest is using an iOS 7 4s, her sisters a 3G (just as a phone, no apps). We have another 4 here, oldest uses it as a touch. The kids have 4th gen touches.
Still a lot of love for the small screen here. I did upgrade from a 4->6 though.
There are a lot of 4/4s size phones in the wild if you go with what I saw at Disney.
Oh and my kids get irked with iOS 7 only stuff, but such I'd life... I will evaluate devices at the end of the year and see where we should go next. I hate replacing their touches just because, since they take great care of them and they are like brand new.
