ya, I called in again to try (2nd time). I was still polite but this time I did mentioned others are getting $250 credits and again that I've been a customer since the beginning of time. She didn't budge and said she didn't know anything about the credits or any other way to get a subsidized price.
I honestly believe those of us that are getting denied a few times over probably have some kind of mark on our accounts that let the customer service reps know that they cannot be flexible with the credits or any other method to push up our upgrade cycle. I don't know what it would be based on though.
Has anyone here called multiple times and eventually been able to get a full subsidy either through a credit or some other means? If so how many times did it take?
