Bless the IT / Dev world for WFH!!! lol. More than likely doing the same tomorrow.
I have a holiday today, (Thursday), tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday and did my classwork beforehand, decided to seize the opportunity. No class for me on Friday. Also Monday we have off so I have a 5-day long weekend! 
I have the day off, but sadly I couldn't preorder due to not having the money to do so. I work overnight tonight (Thursday) and when finished I'm going to jet into downtown Boston to see if I can snag a 64 GB Space Gray or Silver 6S (non plus), since it's close to what I have at the moment in terms of screen size on my Google LG Nexus 5. Should be fun. I'mma try at three different places: Apple Store, Sprint Store, and finally a Best Buy in my area. One of those places is bound to have a regular 64GB regular 6S in Space Gray or Silver... I'd rather not get it in Gold or Rose Gold, but if that's all they got I'll get it and then later exchange it for one of the other colors. Wish me luck.. >_>
I took a personal day off work and will be at the Apple store bright and early for my reservation at 8:00am!
Luckily I was given off since where I work was over staffed on this day.
I'm beginning to think I should just give up on my dream of the Rosegold plus since I was unable to pre-order in time.
Since there is a 14 day return policy maybe I should just take what I can gather and pray that a rose gold +64 gig/128 gig pops up in 14 days or less

That's kind of what I'm going to do... but actually sort of the opposite... lol I want any color EXCEPT Rose Gold/Gold.... but we'll see what happens.
People take off for an iPhone release?

I've taken two days off to get ready for the arrival. Today I spent most of the time reading reviews, prepping devices, and getting myself mentally ready to take ownership of the 6s and 6s Plus. Tomorrow is when all my detailed plans are executed to perfection.
Last year I was so excited for the plus gold. I had a good feeling I would get it. This year? I don't know..
When my husband gets out of work around midnight we are going to take a quick drive around to see what lines have formed if any. At our local Best Buy/AT&T stores, Apple Store, etc.
I took the 17th and 18th off a month ago in anticipation for the iPhone launch...
Then Apple said the release date was the 25th, and the 24th and 25th were already taken off by my coworkers, so I couldn't have gone anyway. Plus, tuition destroyed any chance of me getting it anyway, so that's that lol

It's a game time decision see how I feel in the morning. I do feel some sniffles coming on.
I took the day off, wouldn't be very productive anyway after picking up the new phone.
Been under the weather, so I'll be stuck at home for delivery anyway. Had it not worked out like that, I'd have made sure to be home. Package theft is rampant in my area and I'm self-employed, so I can be flexible with my schedule.
