For most LEGIT businesses in the U.S. they won't take your CC if it doesn't belong to you. This is to protect the CC's owner. I dare say u tried to pull something there and when it didn't work...

U may have a good reason doing so, but whoever "told" you that it was OK to do this, u should had grab him and not let him get off the phone or taken his/her name and ph#.
 
My guess is you did not tell the original person that the second card was not your credit card. Only an idiot would try to order something with someone elses card in another country and not expect problems. You have some nerve coming on here and crying because Apple Asia have rules to follow. I am sure the rules are the same for the Netherlands. If someone came to the Netherlands from the US and tried to buy something online with his girlfriends card I am sure there would be problems there as well. You can not use someone elses card without them present. You are the worse kind of customer. You are just trying to get something for free.
