Anybody that made an accurate mockup knows you're full of it. Not pocketable? You must have some tiny pockets.

LOL is that supposed to be an insult? (legit question).... as if someone can control the size of their pockets?

I have a lot of shorts that could EASILY fit a 6 plus and a lot of jeans that it would very well stick out of.

I printed out a mockup and cut it out... it's prty lrg

I don't mind the size because I'm asian, for once in my life I can finally experience the fullness in my pants as americans and african american do. ;)

6+ all the way. Screw pockets, I'll be wearing it around my neck like flava flav. They should make an iClock so I can rock one like that. An iClock that syncs with my iPhone 6 huskey size.

I can't wait for my phablet. Everyone I know that has one loves theirs.

Thanks for that, you literally made me laugh out loud bun the swimming pool where I'm on holiday! :D

Must be a lot of young people on this forum. I didn't think I was that old but I guess the years have sneaked past me more than I realized. I remember making appointments for our company's field engineers to get their mobile phones. At long last they wouldn't have to scramble looking for a pay phone when they got paged by the dispatcher. They had a choice of a phone hardwired to their vehicles or to get a kind that looked like an old landline handset strapped to a car battery with a big shoulder strap to carry it all. I remember the guys were all so excited over the fact that they could have actual car phones or a phone they could carry anywhere (though most chose to have the one that was wired into the car). I remember going out to the cars so I could admire the newfangled mobile phones.

A couple of years later I got a huge cell phone about 6"x3"x3/4" that could only fit a few numbers into its memory and had to be kept turned off unless I needed to make a call, or the battery would drain down. Back in those days I did have to keep the phone in my purse.

I didn't start wearing one until I got my Hitachi G1000 in 2001 or 2002. Talk about holding a brick up to your ear! Yet I, a petite 5'1" female, managed to keep it on me wherever I went, sans purse or clutch.

I never had to walk miles through snowdrifts to get to an unheated one room schoolhouse and I never had to wash clothes manually on a washboard. So I'm not feeling quite that old, quite yet. But some of youz guyz are going to drive me there with this wide eyed awe over the size of the 6 Plus. ;)

I have the cut out and its not huge. Is it big yes. Will it fit in my pocket yes. Its only 1/2" longer than my G3 pretty sure I will manage. If you own a iPhone 4 then your gonna be like Whoooh!

Haha I remember those from when I was a kid. Actually the trend, when I was around middle school, was SUPER TINY. Remember that one Nokia phone? That was my dream phone! But back then all you did was call, text, or play Snake. Now things have swung the other way.

Last night we visited our local AT&T to get the skinny on going to the Next plan, what I needed to do to get my coveted "6," and get our teenager his first smartphone. He got the HTC Desire 610, which is the same size as the iPhone 6. So naturally I was very interested in how it felt in my hand. I'm a VERY tiny woman and used to my iPhone 5. It didn't feel as big to me as I thought it would, thankfully, and after playing with it for a while I decided once I get used to it, I'll love it. For an averaged sized person, it should be fine, though if I had my way, it would be just a smidge smaller.

Had this phone. Was like my 3rd cell phone as a teenager. Those were the days that you would just walk into Verizon/radio shack/(hell even) sears and just pick a phone that was on display and be on your way... there was no real forethought... just go in and do.

Just downloaded the templates for the 6 & 6+...and I call complete BS on the OP's saying the 6+ is a "monster". It's not at all. It's slimmer than a Note 3, and just a bit taller. I was all set to order the smaller phone, but the 6+ isn't bad. I'm pretty sure I'll get the 6+ when I upgrade.

I agree, I made a mockup , added some weight to it (6.2 oz) made it slightly thicker to simulate a case, and carried it around all day with me. It felt odd at first, but then I didnt even notice it. It made up my mind to buy one. And I was pretty adamant that I didnt want it at first

I have pocket carried a note 2 with a seidio surface case for the last 2 years with no issues. I also carry it with the holster from time to time as well with no issues. The 6+ being thinner will make it even easier to carry IMHO. Can't wait till next week for my 6+#

iPhone 6 is not big it's only slightly bigger than 5. Cases made it look big with added dimensions all around.
