The rash occurs doesn't occur on the sides of the wrist but underneath the back of the watch. So a leather strap won't help unless it prevents the back of the watch from touching as well.

Anyone else with this "condition?"

Military style straps might be a solution to your problem.

Something like this:

Have a tried watches with glass bottom? Most automatic watches have a glass bottom. Might be another solution.

Any examples of watches with the glass bottoms? I do like that strap option also. Thanks for digging it up for me.

As a side comment. Mac users really do help each other and foster that sense of community. Glad to have switch in 2003. :)

Glass bottoms? Many Automatic watches have glass bottoms to showcase the movement.

My bulova watch I got about 3 years ago when I was 16. Still love it to this day. Makes me mad that the price has dropped about $250 though haha. ;)

I have a couple of G-Shocks, and some Movado's as well, but Tag Heuer's are my favorite. I have these two so far:

With this one being my next one:

Never dropped my watches, and they arent really that scratched. Everyone, do me a favor though, thank my mother for the little nick on the black dialed one, you can see it between the 90 and 100 on the outside. I had about 10 people stay at my house a couple of years ago, so I had to sleep on the couch. I got home late one night, and laid the watch on top of my shirt, on the table. In the morning, my mom goes to pick up my shirt, and then I hear the watch hit the ground, which caused that nick. It really isnt noticeable, but it is to me. I asked if I could get that piece replaced, but at the time, they wanted like $300 for it, which I decided against lol. I guess she got back at me for leaving her $20,000 Rolex on the hood of my car, driving off to actually take it to get cleaned, and finding it an hour later on some random street, after it was drove on by several cars lol. That cost me $800 to get fixed by the way.

swe, where did you buy that watch? I looked at their website but I don't see any direct sales.

Maybe this time they actually meant "Limited Edition"??

I do like the basket-weave effect though.

I clearly understood that it said limited edition, but still curious as to where he bought it. Just because it's LE doesn't limit it from being purchased again somewhere
