These Casio's are interesting to look at but how the heck do you glance at it and tell the time. Just too much "stuff" going on. I know, some just like eye candy but I want a watch that is good to look at AND does it's job (show the time, ok maybe the date too) elegantly, simply, at a glance. In this regard I'll take almost any diver watch. Simple face, large hands that have good lume, usually a nice bracelet or rubber band and pretty durable too. Rolex, Omega, Orient, Seiko all have great divers in a broad price range. Just my .02 Cheers

I'm SO happy!!! I've been looking for this watch for months. No one has it in stock anymore. Finally, I saw a new one available yesterday on eBay and bought it.

I have to say.. I've just spent the last 2 hours going through literally all 45 pages of this thread. I've become increasingly interested in watches but I really am hungry for knowledge now.
I just got this: (Citizen BL5410-59E) as a graduation present from my Dad. I love it so far! He has two Citizens (a Skyhawk and another- I forget which) and I've always liked them.

In the past I've had quite a few digital watches, a gold Seiko, and a Nixon Newton. My current watch is much better than all of those.
Anywho, I really want a Breitling someday! They seem to be my favorite out of the luxury brands. Hopefully a future wedding gift for me!
