Are you asking in regards to upgrading, or as in Apple took my broken/unfixable one and gave me a new one? Because I experienced the latter, so I don't have my original iPhone.

Bought my 4GB in september and to this day i have never had any trouble with it.

yup, still on my original...drop it once but always have a case on it so no damage....the chrome is scracthed though..... other than that no issues, no negative blacks.....screen always been mint:D

Still got my 4GB!! Never once had a problem with it. I bought it July 3rd and the one glitch I had was the other day with random albums were using the Folgging Molly artwork. Software restore and again everything is back to normal. Never thought I would use it so much. In fact the part I use the Least is the phone!!!:D

still have my original 8 gigger since june 29 6:14 pm haha....i too am waiting for the 3g, 32 gig, gps eneabled iphone

Ditto. Despite the fact that i've dropped mine on concrete twice, rug several times i and stepped on it (frontal/glass part) once.

No dents or broken/cracked glass....only a tiny scuff to the chrome....barely visible

Running naked with no case BTW

My GF and I both have our first launch day iPhones with zero issues.
We have taken them all over the US and Europe, dropped them etc. (both with no case or screen protector).
Without a doubt the most solid and reliable phone either of us have ever had.

My cousin and I got ours on 6/30 and we both still have ours (though my experience has admittedly been far better than hers)

Still on original phone, but I have replaced my Bluetooth headset, because the volume dropped so low I cuold barely hear it. The replacement is much better...

Sorry if a bit off-topic, but how do you do Internet with ICE? Did you get the GPRS flat?

I will be getting my 16GB iPhone soon, so I am looking at what to do right now.

Yes, I had to get the GPRS "plan". I am not too happy about it though (coverage is very spotty and seems to go down a lot); however, when it does work, it works pretty good (albeit slow, but then, that's expected). If you really need internet on the go, get it, but if you have wireless networks in most places you go to, then I'd consider not getting it.

I still have the original 8GB since day one, but my 16GB from Colorware is on order and should be here in about 2 more weeks. I'm opting for Carbon/Candy Apple Red color combo.

That looks very nice, I could never justify the extra money, but it sure does look good.
