Why Apple doesn't launch bigger screen iPhone as well?

You've just pulled that statistic right out of your arse. How can you even say that?
Its called internet searches by the hundreds and word of mouth my dear. You can't just go by Macrumours to depict whether the majority want a bigger screen. Friends, friends of friends, strangers, coworkers, internet forums, etc..
Apple like I said doesn't listen to consumers, they do what they feel is right for their product. There is a certain look and feel that they go for. They had made the screens longer just to shut some of you up, and even then it wasnt a big size increase.This was last year, you really think they will change the size of their screens to the size of a samsung in another years time? Look how long it took them to change the size the first time. And in a year who knows how many people will want bigger screens anyway. Maybe that trend will be long gone. Who knows.

4.5" is almost guaranteed i think.
The rumours said Apple was testing devices with screens between 4.8" and 5.7" so it could also be 4.8", although it could just as easily be 4.5" as you said. We will just have to wait for more rumours and evidence.
Sure. About as good as claiming Apple won't release "gaudy" devices around a day after they released a bright blue plastic phone with an OS so mismatchingly colored that a blind gay guy would look at it and go "Oh my God!"
And sure, why would Apple ever be interested in releasing something that would only appeal to two billion people or so... What a load of crock, and you feel somehow amazed that I didn't bother with a proper reply. Amazing.
Posters such as yourself really are puzzling. If you think the current screen size is perfect then why are you in this thread? How much real estate I need is entirely up to me, the current size is INADEQUATE for me...maybe its not for you but Im not on here trying to tell you what you should get or what you should be limited to.

Try and wait a little while before you respond and when you do try and use some sort of logic other than "4" screen is the perfect and I ban anyone from ever expressing an opinion that conflicts with what I like because no ones opinion is as important as mine"
I personally don't want a larger screen. There was a time when cellphones were getting smaller (nokia) and I personally thought it was amazing. Because prior to that cellphones resembled half bricks. Small was good because it fit in your damn pocket.
Fast forward to now. I have an iphone4. Do I think its large enough? Yes. Why? because it fits in my dam pocket. I wear clothes that fit, I'm not 15 anymore, baggy jeans and shirts are not my style.
Do I need to see more screen realestate on my phone? nope, my phone isn't my go to for watching movies, surfing the web or playing games. Thats what I spent my hard earned cash on, a TV, a laptop and a console.
Now I think the real question is, Do you really need it?
A lot of these newer Apple users come here to bitch and complain about Apple and their products that they've bought. "Its not this" "Its not that". Then why the **** did you buy it? Why did I buy knowing that I would rather have a larger screen? Do some of you think before you post? I bought it even with the smaller screen because I much more prefer IOS rather than android as an OS. Does that meet with your approval and why do Ii have to get your approval...oh thats right I dont. I am 40 yrs old and dont wear skinny jeans or baggy jeans, just the same levis Ive been wearing for the last 15 years...and when I did have an SG3 that is 4.8in...It fit in my jean pockets just fine...as well aas my slacks that I wear to work...actually better an my iphone sometimes turns sideways because it is tooooo small. BTW...Ive had every iteration of iphone except the original...so quit brushing with a big ass brush...and step outside once in a while, its amazing what you could learn.
I'm pretty sure 90% of the user base including me, does NOT want a larger screen. We like using our phones with 1 hand and how it fits in our pockets nicely. Apple is experimenting with larger screen sizes but it's quite likely they'll just scratch it as it does not work.
And I'm pretty sure that you pulled that number out of your hat. Like said, I don't have massively large hands by any standards and I could still easily reach every corner of the phone even if it was 1-2" inches larger in every dimension. I also don't have any pants with pockets specifically tailored for the iphone 5, so i can easily fit everything with a 5" screen in every single pair of my 30 or so pants, from chinos to jeans and suits to slacks.
I don't know what kind of emo-pants y'all are wearing if the iphone 5 fills your pockets to the brim. I guess you can't fit your hands in your pockets, then? Or do you also have some baby-hands that stretch your grip to the limit as well when using the iphone?
Anyway, if you don't want a larger screen, fine. Maybe you should start a thread for that?
2 billion? I think you are slightly over exaggerating. There aren't that many people that want a bigger phone. The multi colored phones are a good strategy actually. First of all it matches their new iOS, second of all it target markets the younger generation. Me personally dont care for them but Im sure many people do. Samsung's are seriously ugly devices. A lot of angry people there will be when Apple decides to ditch their sleek design all over what some people want.

And seriously, you have problems using the iphone with one hand? I just had my 3-yo daughter pick up my phone, launch messaging and type some random gibberish with one hand, and she managed quite fine. HOW SMALL ARE YOUR HANDS!!?!
So do I, but that is hardly an answer to the question why there isn't a bigger model available AS WELL. I'd like a 5" even better.

The multi colored phones are a good strategy actually. First of all it matches their new iOS, second of all it target markets the younger generation.
instead of this they could launch multicolor thin back covers..
you don't need to launch a expensive device for different colors to young generation.. strategy is meaningless..
who demanded colorful phones? I never heard.. people can buy covers..
