Why Do All the Site Admins Have a Wig on Their Avatar?

I, too, am curious about the whole hair thing. But its an Inside joke apparently and so I wont bother with it anymore. I originally thought it was a tribute to the Kiera thread, and it may well be, but Im not spending $25 or whatever to find out.
 
Now that edesignuk changed his avatar the comparison I posted on the first page doesn't work out anymore. Why did he take the hot, hot picture off?

Slowly the hair that was on all the avatars that I posted on post #12 of this thread is dwindling away and becoming less and less common.

Did people think their avatar looked hot just from her hair? :confused: There is more than one piece to a beautiful face just like there is more than one piece to a beautiful puzzle you know. Don't worry I don't think her hair style in edesignuk's new avatar will become a fashion item anyway meaning that our avatars will be bald from now on. :p

Wasn't trying to be a downer... just saying that right now $25 isn't worth it, especially since im trying to get a deposit together for an apartment and pay for a wedding. I am glad that everyone is having a good time with it, Im just saying that it won't bother me that I dont know what's going on.

umm... err... not sure what you mean... You can almost read the text in the original image. Besides, Doctor Q has uncovered further proof (about his own cult BTW, which makes it even more strange...)

Damn, there was I thinking it was hair in my eye, when all along it was a bunch of blokes with telephoto lenses and too much free time on their hands.... :D

Well, it must be slow times in MacLand when we have not one, but two threads about this nonsense!

It is funny, and I appreciate it how it has snowballed to the front page. But seriously, the edesigner in the uk gets too much attention around here...

And if anyone messes with the tomcat in my 'tar... beware, very, very bad things will befall you. He is not your ordinary kitty...
