Why do people want a White iPhone?

Q: What do you think would have happened if the white iPhone 4 had been available from day one, while the black iPhone 4 had been delayed? 🙄

I would've got a white one and get a black case.

i wanted a white from the day i saw it at WWDC. Plus having gone through a black 3G and black 3GS i wanted a change.

of course i caved in and got the black when i heard the white was being delayed.

But now i plan on selling some stuff to make up the funds (along with christmas money) to get the white one when it is released.....then i will be in possession of 3 iphone 4's lol. deary me, i will sell one of them off though to compensate.....maybe.

Why do people want a White iPhone? I see the white and black iPhone 4 on the Apple Store's site, and the black one looks a lot better. Frankly, I would've been annoyed if the Black iPhone was the one being delayed.

It's the same old thing. Some people consider white to be superior. But they should realise that its black brother is likely to have bigger antenna.

White is my favorite color, so that's why I want it. But I don't care enough to wait for Apple, especially when I don't even know the exact release date yet.

but one think you must agree, scratches in back side is more visible in black one than white one. i know cause i used both one. 😀

Actually a brown iPhone would look nice, similar to the DSiXL's Bronze color

In the 3G timeframe, the white was a little less common. And I was coming from a dark non iPhone, so it was a change in pace from the other phones I was seeing.

So, this time, I went black. I would have gone black even if white was available. Again, a change from the last one.
