I am in just about the same boat as you except I joined 11-17-2003. Grats for doing it in 4 months.

But you have no doubt learned true patience AoWolf. You should feel proud to have learned such a valuable lesson. :)

I was thinking about this and from point of view that might not be such a good thing. I mean should someone really take pride if have a zillion posts on a website were people discuss and drool over rumors of upcoming computers. There is something very nerdy (and almost unhealthy) about it. Oh well who needs a social life. ;)

Haste. Speak not. :D

If you take notice to some of the threads, you'll notice that the title of this forum could be questioned.
I like to think of MR as a big family that happens to be in love with everything Apple. And it makes for good fun.

What? No one said...

"Because that's the way it is and always will be."

Until this thread I had no idea how many posts I'd made... as I've never been motivated by an avatar (as some of you may have read in some of the other threads in here that I have posted in).

Seems AoWolf we are quite similar...
I joined 12-21-2003, and have a similar number of posts behind me.

I joined in 01-20-2005 and only have 3,898 posts to my name... I really should get out more often. :(

OK, I think we've established the whys and what-nots. No need to start spamming with join dates and post counts...we wouldn't want to be spamming would we ;) :D :p
