Hey guys, I just picked up a black Iphone 7 plus, and I am looking for a nice bumper case to throw on it to keep it safe.

In a perfect world, I would like to buy the minimalistic bumper Apple used to make, however I can't find one available for the 7 plus. Please let me know if you guys have found one that just has the outer rim bumper so it will protect the edges from any falls, and also makes it so that it has the outer edge to protect the screen from any flat falls. If there isn't one available, please recommend a best option! I'd prefer not to cover up the back from being shown as I think it is very beautiful.

This type of cases are rarely seen now.

I still don't believe it. I don't care about the eBay listing with stock pictures or pics from around the web. You could have just rerouted your package or put that up and will send it to the buyer when you get it. I am not buying that you had the Caze in your custody. Not happening without real proof.

It's not that serious man. Just a stupid bumper. Let it go.

LOL you are ridiculous. Who cares if he had it or not? Someone must have too much time on their hands to make up the whole thing and create a fake listing.

I receive my Rhinoshield from Amazon yesterday and I absolutely love it. I was concerned by all the negative posts but I am happy with my purchase and even more excited to get the red one I ordered directly from Evolutive. I also got the screen protector from Amazon and I like it. It's not e2e but it covers the screen and that's my concern. From Evolutive i also ordered the back protector and another screen protector that I will install on my wife's.

I don't think the bumper adds too much bulk or weight to the phone. It's less bulky than my Orzly clear case.

Would you be able to post pictures of the red one you got? I thought about getting a color other than black but I liked the stealthy look. And plus o wasn't sure if I was even going to like the bumper, but I do!

The one I received from Amazon was the dark blue one. I ordered the red one directly from Evolotive and it is not scheduled to ship until mid-October. When I get it I will def post pictures.

Go ahead and buy it, makes no difference to me. When you get your cheap plastic piece of crap that you spent $20 on I hope you like it.

Agreed. This guy is so entitled and skeptical its ridiculous.

Not going to lie though you sure get points for being creative to create the kinda stories and situations that you do. Go be a writer, you have potential.

Ooooo I was actually looking at the dark blue one. You have the matte black? I'd like to see that if you're able to take pictures.

So I bit the damn bullet (again) and ordered the back protector for the CrashGuard bumper
So. In summary:

There are 3 bumpers available.

The sparetire,

The camera breaker,

&

The signal defeater

Anyone find any others?

This might be my favorite post in this thread. I'm cereal.

Here are pics of the Caze. It's thin, light, and the back side lip does not provide camera protection.

Again the E2E TGSP I had on had to be removed to try the Caze. I'm curious how the rhino shield works with E2E protectors, but the Caze doesn't.

No real positive of using the Caze in my opinion. If you want scratch protection, go with an Elago. I highly doubt the colored tab that secures the bumper would last more than a few months.

Thanks for the pics. Nice looking bumper but without camera protection = pretty much useless. Glad I sent mine back and got the spare tire, I mean the CrashGuard, instead

Guys, I bid farewell to this thread as I have decided to return the CrashGuard And I'm officially done with finding the perfect bumper for the iPhone 7.

The CrashGuard was a nice lightweight bumper but I couldn't get used to the extra width. It made my 7 feel like a 7+. Just wasn't right for me but I'm sure others are quite content with the added width.

I ordered a Caseology Wavelength and along with my existing Spigen Liquid Armor case, that should be enough for me.

Maybe one day some company will make the perfect iPhone bumper once again.

I ended up passing on a bumper this generation, again. I have the Caseology Waterfall, and even that felt too big. I finally settled on the Spigen Thin Fit.

I gave up over a week ago. I couldn't get used to the extra width either, so the life raft went back. Please Apple, bring back a bumper similar to the iPhone 4 one you did. I'm sticking with the trusty old Apple silicone bumper.

I'm trying out the Supcase Beetle Style. I liked the weight of my phone with the bumper but the width combined with it not being to grippy kept giving me second thoughts.

Just an FYI an iPhone 7 with the rhino shield was dropped from a 50 ft tower and was perfectly fine. Everything apple video on YouTube, good enough for me.
