There's no hate, at least in this thread... only detailed explanations about why Verizon is not a better choice than ATT.

I won't be switching because ATT has always worked for me, no dropped calls or other problems. I think it can only be a good thing that there's competition for iPhone service, though.

And therein lies the problem. Everyone acts as if their answer is the answer for everyone else when, in fact, it is different from region to region and from user to user. The guy earlier complaining about his phone not working in his cubicle, I never visit his cubicle so I may not need that carrier.

Everyone around here needs to chill and learn to respect that other's have needs different than their own.

2 years ago, Verizon would have been an obvious no-brainer for me. But the geek in me needed to check out the iPhone. Today, AT&T has finally straigtened out their WCDMA migration and things are better, so the choice is not so cut and dry.
