On our network you have to connect to wifi via a security certificate. For our Mac users we manually install the certificate, then when you want to connect to wifi, you select the identity based on the certificate. But for one Mac that was recently upgraded to 10.11, the security drop down is not even available. I can't seem to find on the internet why it would be missing. Does anyone know what I need to change to make it available to us?

The picture attached shows the drop down that is showing for every other Mac in the office, except the one.

I take it the picture you attached is the one missing the drop down, because for the love of all things beautiful… I can't see anything!
