After I rebooted earlier this week my iPhone and iPad vanished from the devices list in iTunes. If I plug them in via lightning cable it shows up and works. It disappears the moment I unplug it. It has been working fine for years across multiple iPhones up to a few days ago. The Facts: iPhone 7 running 10.0.2 iPad mini 2 running 10.0.2 Mac Pro (early 2008) running El Capitan 10.11.6 iTunes 220.127.116.11 Wireless router is Airport Time Capsule (A1470 - 5th Gen - firmware 7.7.7) Troubleshooting steps taken: Multiple reboots of the Mac and both devices Reboot of Airport Time Capsule Multiple restarts of iTunes Disabling and re-enabling wifi sync on each device Forget and rejoin wifi network on both devices and Mac Unplug ethernet and use wifi only on Mac None of the above had a positive result. I feel like I'm back in the stone ages having to actually plug a device in. Any ideas wise friends???
