Awesome spelling in this thread, education system paying dividends in the US I see.
because everyone on the internet is from the US...🙄
I think you'll find it's 'Prove it' not 'Proof it'
And you should always start a sentence with a capital letter.

Unfortunately not everyone is fluent in English, or do not suffer from Dyslexia (not implying anyone here is) It would be nice if you could refrain from such comments over spelling and perhaps contributed to the thread that wasn't demeaning or off topic.
To the OP, I doubt there would be a black theme. However in the accessibility options there may be something that would offer what you're thinking of.

People you are way off base.
There is no 'white theme' or 'black theme' there is the standard UI. If you have a light wallpaper, the text will render in black, if you have a dark wallpaper it will render in white - thats as far as it goes. Everything else is just as the screenshots have already shown. Dont expect safari to ever come with a black background as that's not how the individual app should look even on a black handset. You dont see people complaining that their black laptop has blue icons.
It is so sad that Apple has turning to a rainbow toy rather than going on with job's way.
IOS 7 is not looking like a luxury premium os, not it looks childish just like useless android.
There's no reason why there can't be a darker theme. The Settings page for example. If Windows Phone can offer it, why can't iOS?

False.
You should always end your sentences with a period, and never start a sentence with "And".
Traditionally, one should never start a sentence with a conjunction.
