Your thread started out full of garbage and pointless. You don't want the newest product to have the newest software. Does that make sense to you? Has Apple ever done anything like that before?

As for me, IMHO, I like IOS 7 and have been using it since it came out, is it perfect, no. But it works for me.

Well, you won't be buying an iPad 5 then, obviously. The newest hard will definitely ship with the newest firmware; nothing else makes sense.
If you need an iPad start looking for an iPad 4 that hasn't been updated yet. Otherwise, it's time to start looking at other manufacturers.

IOS 7 feels like crap. And can all you people stop recommending the iPad 4? As I mentioned above, and since people don't like to read... I want the latest hardware with iOS6, not 7.

The animations are crap, the icons are crap, the colors are crap, and performance seems the same as iOS 6. And this is using an iPhone 5S.

You just can't argue with such "crappy" logic!
