i LOVE the look of jaguar. I remember seeing OS X for the first time, and it blew me away. I prefer the pinstripes and candy drops to matte gray and black, but the new features added since 10.2 just make up for the less enticing GUI.
one day we'll get back to this
one day ..

Aqua was nice for it's time, but it's time to move on. Personally, I do enjoy the aqua look a lot but now that I'm so used to the metallic look..I don't think I could ever go back.
I actually miss the Aqua theme of OS X. I think Leopard is nice and polished, but it isn't as slick as Aqua was back in the day. However you have to remember that the look of Apple's OS's changes when the look of the hardware changes. So the Bondi Blue iMacs and Graphite G4's inspired Aqua and the new iMac aluminum, Mac Pro, Macbook Pro, and Macbook Air have inspired Leopard and presumably Snow Leopard as well.![]()
To me, the old Mac OS X looks like a cartoon OS.![]()
Sorry, I know this isn't an "Extras.zip" support thread and I don't mean to hijack it, but there is a problem here.
iTunes list titles look like this:

And now, after installing that Illuminous thing, Apple Mail list titles still look like this:

Does anybody know how to fix this?![]()
I dont believe you can...
but if you find something let me know!![]()
I really like the NeXTStep (LiteStep on Linux) look as well. I may also be one of the few remaining people who actually likes the OpenLook window manager...I thought that was a nice interface too.
Nah.... more looking forward to this:

Mmm, that screenshot brought me back to the "OSX is ****" days.
Dear god do I prefer the look of Tiger/Leopard.
