Tech is reaching a point when you can squeeze a full os on a tablet (surface).
Ios on a tablet is going to die.
My advice...sell those ios ipads while you still can.

Skylake is comming and you will see ios apps emulated on a full os tablet

I think IOS won't go away or die on Ipad, it will continue to revolve.

As others said Apple will need to features like multi window(split sceen multitasking), multi users and more to IOS for Ipad.


And please NO OSX on Ipad, i would rather Apple to improve and bring new features on IOS for Ipad then ditching IOS for OSX.

That, or the tablets will die. The iPad's falling sales are already a sign of that.

Either Apple ups their game and make the iPad's iOS into something actually useful, instead of a bigger version of the iPhone's iOS, or the iPad will simply phase out.
