Will there be a Beta 7 today ?

Well guess we'll have to wait til AllThingsD says something about it. If they dont then its a no-go

Maybe BGR will have an article on this and if they do...we can be 100% sure that it is coming on the 10th :rolleyes: ;)
 
so much for "doubling down" huh?


It's amazing it already has a release date within 2 weeks when the iOS 7 version for iPad currently runs like crap.

They can't submit apps with iOS 7 APIs till the GM is released.

It's not surprising, the iPhone version had a month's head start. At the end of September the iPad version will be ready, just in time for October iPads.

So maybe the GM will be out tomorrow testing developers for the GA release on September 10th?
 
Hellooo? Did you all miss the part during WWDC when they said 'This Fall'? Or did you simply miss school when they taught you about when seasons come and go? Now Fall doesn't begin until September 22. You be the judge of when they will officially release it.

GM is another story. To me it looks like the GM will be released on September 10 to developers, followed by a relaease of the iPhone 5C (The C secretly stands for China, not Colors haha) in late September.

I don't believe that another beta will be released prior to the September 10 event. Oh, and btw we may see a beta and a GM both come out on/after the 10th. The GM for the iPhone, while iPad iOS 7 beta development will continue past Sep. 10.

Just my thoughts.

Fall (and seasons in general) especially for business, sales, and general public meaning, often go by whole months, where fall is generally September, October, and November (rather their technical/scientific breakdowns that put their beginning and end in the middle of various months).

Who knows. I'm trusting tonight's report of
Nuances email. That sounds pretty legit and them really making a typo on a email they send out to thousands of developers? I don't think so.

It does seem true, but that doesn't really reveal when GM will be.

Much worse typos have been made in more important emails. Plus might not be a typo, Nuance might be referring to Apple's GM as GA based on their company definitions as many companies use their own slightly different definitions for a number of these kinds of terms.

We'll just have to see how it all actually works out in the end.

Perhaps when Nuance releases something final to their developers/partners/manufacturers they refer to it as GA and the same terminology was applied to when Apple would be doing that kind of thing (which Apple within their own company refers to as GM) since the email went out to Nuance developers (who are also used to Nuance terminology).

There are definitely plausible explanations either way, but it's not necessarily clear one way or another.

They referenced iOS 7 right before saying GA.
 
7th Beta tomorrow, GM on the 10th and release around september 20

or

GM tomorrow, release on september 10

or

Nothing till GM on september 10 and release on september 20

or

I don't know :p
 
The last release it's the GM.
iPhone 5s and 5c out from pegatron and foxconn with ios7, and that versión it's GM.
Apple send to developers beta7 (GM), and this the last beta.
What day? I think the next week.
