Will Verizon stores have stock on release day????

Slim to none. First, the Plus is in limited supply and space grey is probably the second most sought after color. You would be much better off being first in line at an Apple store.
i would but im going to get it with the verizon payment plan. i cant do that at apple store. i hear alot of stories of 0 plus models last year but do you think they may have some this year?
i plan on being #1 in line at verizon
Depending on your location they should have stock, the question is always how much and what will they have in.
im so nervous they wont have any in LOL. im going to go at midnight i should be 1st in line

Why don't you call the particular store you're considering and ask what they're expecting in terms of stock?
Yeah. I did the midnight thing one year, but it was in relative comfort. I sat in my car with the heater on about 10 feet from the Verizon store in a strip mall. Put my chair in#1 spot. First guy came at 5 am. He and I were the only 2 people that got a phone. I think I called up late that prior afternoon and asked if they would have some stock. They said yes, but wouldn't give details.
i have called the 4 corporate stores around me and they all say they dont know yet. i will call mext week and see.

I went to a Verizon store in NYC at 6:30am (6th person in line) for the iPhone 5 release and walked out with one.
My husband went to a Verizon authorized retailer in the middle of the day for the iPhone 5S launched and walked out with one.
So I think it really all depends on your location...and luck 🙂

i agree 100% but there are alot of threads from last year that stores didnt have any 6 plus
Go ask them how many they received last year, that will give you an idea of what your looking at.

Our local authorized verizon retailer said she suspected that all she would get was 16gig 6s...... Probably in silver and space gray maybe gold. Supplies on plus is really really low

you just need to pick the right store. I was able to pick up a iPhone 6 last year on launch day for my wife, buy calling a local Wireless vendor close to my house and 4 pm. They had stock, but everyone lined up at ATT/Verizon stores.
Where at inFlorida? I live in altamonte springs and that's where the lines were the longest.
I am curious why you just did not pre order? The 6+ 64 g space grey was available for some time during pre orders.

I actually believe that you may get lucky if you get tour local VZ early as most people will be camping out at Apple Stores, rather then the carrier stores.
