Funny how many iPhones have sold compared to the miniscule number of problems I actually read about.

I'm always surprised how one person gets three bad phones yet most people only ever have one. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't until my third original iPhone that I got a keeper (first two had screen issues). My girlfriend's was perfect from the start and my iPhone 3G was perfect from the start.

With over 17 million iPhones reported sold by Apple and probably another 3-4 million this quarter, the anecdotal message board failure rate is extremely low. Actual studies have shown a very high rating for the iPhone.

Obviously though, if you've personally had issues with the iPhone who can blame you.

That's true. Obviously not enough for Apple to publicly address problems.

No one doubts there won't eventually a new iPhone. What matters is the details of that release (when and what). On that basis you would probably lose your money - especially if you believe in this ridiculous Pro rumor.

Plus studies show iphone customers are the most satisfied in the industry.

I like downloading applications, games, and songs, I like watching movies too!!

This 32GB is coming up! I will buy it for no doubt!

I got rid of my iPhone 3g because of size and weight. If they can trim that back, I'll get a new one.

Anyway they won't call it iphone pro as that is too computery. They will stick to friendly ipod nomenclature like Nano, shuffle, mini or a new name in that vein like iphone Max, Maxi, plus. Nice and approachable..Besides pro can mean several things depending on the country..

well, i'm getting the new iphone for sure when it comes out. I just realized that the ONLY ipod I have ever owed (and is my primary music player) is the 1st gen ipod nano, 4gigs. AND i didn't even pay for it. This will be the first official "ipod" that I buy.
