I must say I genuinely feel offended by this post.

I did not choose iPhone 6 Plus because of a trend. I chose it because I have a long commute and often watch videos but I don't want to carry around two devices.

There are people who want the 6 Plus because they WANT the bigger screen, not because they follow a trend. And if they don't want what you want, doesn't mean they're douchebags, it means they make different decisions.

Actually, you're the douchebag, because you prematurely judge people. Ever thought about that?

It's always the narrow-minded unable to accept that there are people with a different taste than their own. Many people like the bigger screen for a bunch of reasons, get over it.

Yeah me too in some way. I do appreciate the big screen but it's kinda become normal now. #

chill out dude. it's the internet. not need to get offended at imaginary people..

I also agree with OP, the iPhone 6 is just too big. I want a small iPhone, with new internals and at least 64 GB storage. The iPhone 4S is right size for the pocket, bulging only slightly. iPhone 5 was already too big. iPhone 6 is huge. The 6 Plus is a mini tablet. Ridiculous. Can we have small phones back?

Btw I like big screens, but I don`t want a big phone. Smaller is better for me. Many people think the same. People accept bigger phones because it is easy to adapt to bigger nicer screen. It is a compromise, but I am not willing to accept it.

get bigger pants.
Yeah, or OP can grow up and get some douche-baggy jeans.

iPhone 6, too big? Wow. I remember having to lug around a PSP fat with a hard shell case 10 years ago. And kids these days never grew up on Nintendo Game Boy and Sega Game Gear to realize those were bricks but were considered portable handhelds 20+ years ago.

Big screens is not going away, OP. You would have too many facepalms to ever see the bigger picture. In Asia, it is way too common. Today is not about MEDIA CONSUMPTION. There is very little benefits a smaller phone has over a phablet. Bigger display, faster typing, longer battery life, etc. The 3.5-4 inch is for the little ones now and more like a kid's toy.

I don't see the size of the 6 as a compromise. The 6+, maybe...

But I do find it surprising that a 4s "bulges" at all in your pocket. In fact, I'm surprised that so many people say that the 6 doesn't fit. I mean, it's not uncommon for people to rest their hands in their pockets, and an iPhone 6 is probably not larger than an adult's entire hand. I actually have some pairs of khakis that are somewhat loose fitting, though certainly not "baggy", with pockets wide and deep enough that I can fit my Nexus 7 tablet in them with just the corner protruding slightly.
