No one watching Nigeria vs. Argentina? A lot expect Nigeria to win. 3:2 so far for Argentina.
Why would people expect Nigeria to win?

They say they're playing really well. A lot of counterattacks and they've also missed a couple of good chances to score. But the game just ended. Argentina won by one goal.
Twas a very gd game and the Nigeria striker looked a man on a mission. Argentina fortunate and prove that they don't have a chance of winning the tournament.
I read a quote from him after his last 'incident' where he said he laid awake at night wondering what his kids would think of him. I wonder how well he will sleep in the next four months now that his kids are older?
just in:
suarez was suspended for 9 international games, starting immediately, and 4 months of any FIFA-related activity, including club games.
he will be back to football in october, thus missing both premier league and champions league games.
apparently the block extends to administrative aspects, so liverpool may not be able to sell him. he can't even get into any stadiums in this four months. not sure if it implies he will have to forego summer training with the team as well.

Watching pre-game coverage right now and because Sony is afraid of Beats, all players wearing them have red tape covering the logo. Lame.
To be fair, imo, it's really not that different than punching someone in the face when adrenaline's rushing, or a kick with spikes up front (and fully intending to hurt on purpose while I'd argue that those metal spikes used at times surely hurt much more than biting too). It's just the uncivilized appearence that makes this accident(s) stand out more.
Not saying the punishment isn't justified - not at all! - but when following football on a regular basis you see lots of more severe injuries that happened on purpose without minimal if any consequences - so this is more Fifa show, as usual, than anything in my opinion.
