leomac, do me a favor ... don't start another thread. Instead, find a way to get me an In and Out burger to NC with some animal fries and tell Juan at Tiajuna's Jessica says hello. ;)

north carolina is cold, come to california, to the home of apple.:apple::D

8 months down and I love NC so much. Things are similar out here, much to my dismay, but other things are very different. The other day I pondered a move back to CA but since I love NC and I lose my job if I leave here all the same ... no CA for me.

Bet your glad to be out of there. I was in LA for awhile.

All my life I lived in CA, OC last 11 years. Why would I know about Tiajuana's?

Wow!!!!how did this thread become a thread about in and out burgers from california especially in orange county. Well the, in and out burgers in the University of California, irvine are the best. hmmmmmm:D

and iphoneaggie, LA is hot!:D

No. Physical keyboards have always been ridiculous on mobile phones. The sidekick was the only phone that even came close to making N
good physical keyboard.

Oh, you've only been out here on the east for 8 months? I mostly couldn't stand the traffic out there (I-5) and housing.

I couldn't disagree more. In and out on El toro is ok but not as good as the one in Tustin Marketplace. The el toro grill, even though years old, is not seasoned nearly as much as the one in Tustin Marketplace. But if you want the best, go to Lyon's Avenue in Stevenson's Ranch (fka Newhall). That is my old hangout after movies, dances, bong hits, etc. YUM!

For a decent turkey burger in OC Knoll woods works. For **** food but funny people Denny's next to Knoll woods. For a good salad and good scenery Orangewood Golf Course. The list goes on and on.

I worked in Irvine for 6 years. It was work, food, work booze.

what is tiajuana? r u talking about tijuana mexico?

You must be young.
Tiajuana's long bar over there right off the 5. It's by Knoll woods and Denny's. There's a learning center there and La Quinta rent-by-the-hour Inn.

It became like that, after we realized that there was already a thread on this topic, so naturally the topic deviated. :p

Very true!

Where are you now?

Top secret clearance, so I try to keep my anonymity on here, but I live on the east coast. I moved here from DFW several years ago (NRH).

Well, I can only type with one finger on this iPhone KB, but I wouldn't want a keyboard and sacrifice something else. I have fat fingers. I don't know how you guys type with your thumbs.

I was just wondering if you guys would love to see a QWERTY keyboard added to the iphone, like the Palm Pre? I know many people have problems texting with virtual keyboards (especially the BlackBerry Storm) because they are too slow and for some other reasons. ;)

VOTE PLEASE:)

IN ADDITION (from jmann): Imagine keeping everything the same, just that a qwerty keyboard slider is added to the bottom of the iphone, and people have the option of typing with the physical keyboard, and a virtual keyboard.

I know so many people that love virtual keyboards, but only the iPod touch/iPhone's virtual one. The other virtual keyboard suck because the screen is plastic and not glass. Glass makes all the difference I find. I can type much faster on my iPod touch than a real QWERTY keyboard.

The Palm Pre slider has variable results. One of my friend's Pre slider is tight as a rock, and another friend's Pre is so loose it doesn't even stay put, the slightest touch would slide it down. The other Pre has trouble being slid out, you'd have to pry it out. So no, I don't want a iPhone slider.
