The phone call was quick and easy.

Mine wasn't in great shape, but I wouldn't say that I would steer people away from Wrapsol. Based on past reviews of their products, it would seem that this is a single quality mess up that they are doing their best to make right. Assuming that the replacement skins are better, I would gladly recommend them based on their great customer service alone.

Wrapsol is really committed to making the customer happy. To me, that's the most important thing..considering Wrapsol already has a history of making great products.

Got mine the other day. Had the same problems: Text/graphic bleed over from the instructions on the the product, rough lines and scratches, and the Ultra sticky acts like a static cling and any dust in the air instantly jumped to the product. I had a small amount peeled back, and not in a dusty room.

Called Wrapsol 1 888-wrapsol very fast pickup by a human. She was very friendly and told me to go to wrapsol.com -> Support -> Warrenty and fill out the online form for replacement. Upload a simple (500kb limit) pic of the problem. Picture doesn't have to be great.
They'd ship me out a replacement, probably today.

Great customer support, they recognize a problem and have jumped on it.
Unlike some other companies we know.

I also ordered two Ultras for my husband's and my iPhone 4s. They arrived today and when I opened the packages, the films were all stuck together. Since I've never used Wrapsol before, I didn't realize there was a problem. I followed all the instructions and easily applied the back film first and although there are a few bubbles, it went on fairly effortlessly. BUT there are horrible scratches on the film and even the impression of the edging of one of the other sections running right down the center. It looks dreadful! I hadn't checked here before applying the film or I never would have done so. After seeing how bad it looks, I called Wrapsol immediately. The young man who answered the phone didn't even let me describe the problem, he immediately said, "I know what you're going to say, you have scratches and marks on your film!" When I replied that I did indeed, he responded that the problem was that as soon as the film sticks together it gets scratched and told me to keep them, practice applying the other one, go to the website and complete the warranty replacement requests (he said I needed to do two separate ones) and he'd send out replacements today or tomorrow. I'm pleased with the excellent customer service, but quite wary about the product itself. I can only hope the replacements are as good as I've read here that Wrapsol normally is!

Does the wrapsol original show fingerprints as much as the Ultra does? I received my Ultra yesterday and was very disappointed with it. There was a long vertical scratch on the face, numerous lighter scratches all over, and a small cut in the film as well. As I needed immediate protection, I went ahead and put it on despite these obvious defects. Contrary to what has been written here, the light scratches and marks have not gone away after 24 hours and I have no reason to believe that they ever will. I really hope wrapsol beefed up their QC because what I received was pretty crappy. I might consider an Original as a replacement (I do not want another Ultra), but only if it is more fingerprint resistant than the Ultra. The cheap-o Writeright screen protectors (package of 5 for $7) I bought at Walmart shows less fingerprints than the $30 wrapsol ultra.

same thing happened to me. I guess the poor guy picked up thousands phone calls in last couple days and heard same complains over and over again. However, I will hold my good word until I see the replacement. To be honest, it was terrible experiences as a first time wrapsol customer. I just want to see if they can really offer their customer some good quality product.I will come back and update once I receive the replacement.

I agree completely!

Even if a package shows up as perfect, there's an inordinate amount of self-doubt when installing these skins. Getting an imperfect set makes it all the more difficult.

Almost pulled the trigger on a Wrapsol skin but went with bestskinsever.
Looks like I dodged a bullet.

Sounds like they are doing all they can to make-up for an inferior batch of skins and they deserve credit but that doesn't get your phones protected any quicker.

I just got off the phone with wrapsol and they will be sending me an original as a replacement for the scratched up Ultra I received. Customer service seems to be very good.

I have the same issues; Lots of bubbles. There was an imprint on the skin on the front panel of the template I removed it from. It is horrendous. When I received the product, it looked as if they just threw it in the box and closed it; amazing. I'm requesting a refund!

Liner ?

I just got my Wrapsol Ultra....is there supposed to be a liner ? I don't think it's there. Is it a colored liner ? HELP !!

Do you mean you can't see a way to separate the protector from the sheet it's attached to? That fooled me for a while as well, because there aren't any tabs that make separation easy. You have to use your fingernail (wet your fingers so you won't leave prints) and just pick and peel. The adhesive layer will reveal itself.

got it, thanks....!

Got mine today. Front and back films are stuck together and there are even little cracks around the front camera hole cutout. There was no way to pull them apart without stretching them beyond repair Surprisingly the side pieces were all pretty straight. Regardless this sucker is going back and I'll wait for the power support films to come out. Should have never tried anything else.

Also the overall feel of the films is not what I expected, it's stretchy kind of like window tint, cheap window tint. And they were way to thick. Oh well.

I just got my Wrapsol a few mins ago. Just looking at it is was in a small ziplock bag and looks like some of it rubbed against something. I reserve judgment till i get home to install it but I think this thing is going back Tuesday when I get back to work

ETA:
Ok got home and got it installed. Front and back went on fairly well. I wish Wrapsol had put a pull back tab vs the shield directly attached to another sheet with the same cut design. Fingers will have to be kept wet to not leave finger prints. I think I see a few small bad spots but will hold judgment until tomorrow when hopeful the majority of bubbles will be gone. Putting sides on took a little work. It would be nice if the cut out pieces weren't attached. Had to be careful getting them off, definite wish the little 2nd mic hole was punched out. Getting the small pieces around the volume buttons was a chore. I left a small print but not really noticeable there.

I'll give it a few days to see how the small bubbles go, if they go away I'll more than likely keep it.
