What is going on??? I've had iOS 6.0 since they release the GM last week and never once did I get this, including up to an hour ago. Now it does it every time!

Seems to now be fixed. What the heck happened??

I didn't update my phone... How could apple have changed something on the back end that affects how I join wifi networks?? Does the phone contact apple servers every time I get on wifi or something?

I fixed it by turning cellular off, allowing it to connect to wifi, then turning cellular back on.

Settings - General - Cellular.

Switch to OFF

Let it connect to wifi, then switch back on.

Seems to be working now.

Grrrrrrr.....SAME HERE!

What a drag! I'm not glad that anyone else is dealing with this issue, but I am glad to know that it's not just me....WTF?!!?

same as everyone else. ios6 on an iphone4 and iphone4s. iphone4 GM no issues since last week, all of a sudden started. ios6 on iphone4s downloaded today through software update, suddenly same issue.

I was having the same issues connecting to wifi. Just checked my phone again and it's working fine now.

Solution:

Turn on Airplane mode in settings.

Turn off Airplane mode.

Now connect to wifi

Just got through with Apple and this fixed it for me..

No idea. Mines fixed too. I was looking at passbook on my iPhone 4 when the "could not connect to store" started coming up. Next thing I knew there was the attempt to connect to wifi' unknown Apple page, then dropped Wifi and back to 3G connectivity issue. Definitely weird.

Help! Same thing!

Had iOS 6 for a few months... now can't connect to Wifi, only 3G. THIS IS ONLY A THEORY: perhaps all of the UDID numbers that were used with iOS 6 during the dev period have to sign in to the dev accounts once to allow wifi, leaving the people who got the leaked iOS helpless

Was having the same issue on an iPhone 4S - forgetting the network and the rejoining worked for me

When selecting a Wi-Fi hotspot, I was being taken to an apple.com page to log in and it says page does not exist. I am using an iPhone 4 32GB.

Did a Home+Sleep reset and that seemed to fix it for me. Back on Wi-Fi.

it's fixed now or

what i just did fixes it

turn blue tooth on wait a few mins, turn off
go to wifi, connect to your router, go to properties renew lease and it seems to work

no more login page

I had this problem but how I got round it was install a small app over cellular and I was prompted for my Apple Id password and so I typed it in and it worked. No more page not found screens and wifi working perfectly. Hope this works for everyone.
