As i said, i voted for you exactly becuase you didn't want to risk get caught voting for the wrong person, so as possibly not to draw attention.
Am i wrong? Likely, but i would be "likely" wrong no matter who i vote for, since there are 2 wolves and 14 villagers, of which only one is cleared, and it's not you.
As for "wasted" i don't think so. At least not at this point of the game. But of course situation can change, and so do votes :)

You should have given them some ****, man!

Well, I'm out for most of the day tomorrow, so if I get back before 12PST, you wasted your vote, if you haven't changed it.

And I gave you a valid reason. Your logic makes no sense.

I do not believe it was a random kill. I think that they knew that he is a good analyst and wanted him out of the way long before the end.

I'm with Pluto on this one. Kind of a weird pick in my opinion. Raven posts a lot of cray cray at the beginning so he's always good to keep around because he'll get some votes. He always seems to draw suspicion.

And of course the cray cray part is said with love!! You'll be missed Raven! Your smell, however....

It pushes me to believe it's an inexperienced player.

Well, the only player who can be considered somewhat inexperienced is southerndad, who happens to be the only one currently cleared. The other green one -possibly- is you.
So, should we take this as a confession? :)

I wouldn't read too much in raven's selection. They could have perceived him as a threat, or as an unlikely protected player, or as a potential 'big' special, or just randomly to throw us off. Too early to say

I was thinking that because someone said he kicked in later on in the game and so now we have someone here that's experienced trying to throw off the other vets?

So, basically....random? ;)

Abjink's vote for aggie: maybe she got ninja'd by dp? They posted almost at the same time.

I have little time today but will try to go through some parts of the thread later. Sythas as a placeholder and for the tie.

Errr, dumb question but do we know how many WWs started this game?

OP says only: "I will adjust the strength and number of werewolf roles based on the number of players."
Minimum would be two but do we have three as usual? Three WWs could mean up to 5 baddies at some point (Infected and eventuall even the Morpher) with 15 players left atm. Rather scary.

DP is usually suspicious when surviving Night1, maybe that's why he hinted that he used his mighty power already to produce an (rather weak) alibi? :D

good post.
i was under the impression we only had the alpha+kami, each with an additional power from the common pool, but upon re-reading the initial post and chrmjenkins further clarifications (esp post 35, towards the end), i think you are right and there appear to be 3 starting wolves (alpha+kami+1 from the WW exclusive group (smoker/meddler/maniac)), to this we must add the infected, which is basically guaranteed at some point, and a 5-10% chance at an extra traitor (which by now would have been decided one way or another).

so we are looking at a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 5 wolves. Plus, the wolves may have/will have extra powers (alpha and kami have one from the common pool, third wheel has meddler/smoker/maniac, infected will carry theirs if still there), except the traitors, whose morphing power would have been used to become a traitor.

scary indeed.

I also need to amend a previous post (answering to aggie, post 300): we have currently 3 wolves and possibly 4 (the traitor), and only 12 (11) villagers.
Of the villagers, only SouthernDad is cleared, as he can't be the traitor.
he still could be infected when infection comes into play, but right now we should focus on the starting wolves.

with 3 wolves, it is obvious that there are some 'experienced' players among them, and that they likely spread their votes around in day one.

the Oracle would have helped, hopefully we got some of the good powers.

Fully agree with this post.

One should note that the game was meant to contain more players than ultimately signed though, so chrmjenkin's note could be interpreted either way. Maybe he could clarify how many sure starters the baddies had if it wasn't meant to stay unclear.

Hm. I am reluctant to aid what may rapidly accelerate into some sort of bandwagon without a little further information - something which we are all a little short of at the moment.

As of now, yet again, this seems to be running a risk of developing into a two candidate lynching race, and I am not sure I am entirely happy with consigning yet another person to the noose or flames or whatever means is adopted to end a life without more……..knowledge.

On Day 1, even though he was innocent, Southern Dad didn't offer the slightest defence, (although, granted, since then, we have heard a banjo played endlessly).

Plutonius didn't either, which is more characteristic, and I confess to being more than a little suspicious at how easily a bandwagon appeared to be forming about someone who is a valuable addition to the Side of Good, when he finds himself there. And yes, we do not know which side he is on (as yet), but it all struck me as having the appearance of something that might have been awfully convenient…...

Moreover, as usual, there are the silent ones; it is easy to stay out of sight, and post little, over the first few days, and hope that suspicion (or ill luck) do not combine to see the spotlight fall on you.

For now, I would like to hear a little more from both Sythas (our Francophone friend from Canada), and also, from -aggie- before I am persuaded to cast a vote in the direction of either of them.

Instead, and here I am casting about for someone who is sharp, an excellent player, and relatively silent, I will stir a pot a little and throw a vote at Tomorrow, just to see what he says for himself…...

current tally stolen from DP

....

yeah, i found that a bit strange too, especially seeing how he had (successfully) managed to get out of that same pickle in the last game, and considering that he just needed his own vote to force a tie with twietee, with a lot time left to go.
lucky for him he found some soft-hearted hero who saved his arse :D

To clarify confusion, we started with alpha and kami with pool powers and one with exclusive powers. Sorry that wasn't more clear.

Current "correct" tally ;)

aggie: 2 (dontpanic, abijnk)
sythas: 2 (ricksnagwell, aggie)
plutonius: 2 (koodauw,twietee)
tomorrow: 2 (plutonius, scepticalscribe)
twietee : 1 (Sythas)

I will not change my vote right now, Since I still think twietee smell funny with the post about me and Ravenvii just before we knew who was killed.

Like I said, I don't really believe in coincidence.

I still believe that Scepticalscribe and plutonius plotted against me. I'm the inexperienced player here and well, considering my boots got wore straight through doing the Achey Breaky, you will have to look another direction.
