[WW] - They Live?! - GAME OVER - Villagers win!

the tally i have is

jav: 4 (dontpanic, twietee, rick, ravenvii)
ucfgrad: 1 (moyank)
twietee: 1 (jav)
appleguy: 1 (sythas)

not voted: 2 (appleguy and ucfgrad)

majority was 5

unless i counted wrong, to have reached majority early, there have to be some behind the scene event (or the collapsing power was used, which is weird if it was Jav)

maybe jab decided to collapse and take one out with the kami power?
it would have been before you posted your outing of sythas, but still a strange move.

now we just wait.
 
that does make sense. since there was no heat on sythas at the moment...and when sythas said he would lock it but really didnt. he would of been almost cleared sending jav to his demise. we shall see.
 
"Look, I get it." twietee explained. "He's an evil bastard. Screw him. Drop him off a building. But we're still decent people. We can't kill him, and I wouldn't sentence anyone to die out there with those abominations."

"Does everyone else agree?" Moyank24 asked the group, clearly annoyed.

She was met with nodding heads. Their faces were mixed expressions of pain, regret and disappointment.

"Fine, we'll tie him up." Moyank24 conceded.

"I have a point of interest," ucfgrad93 offered.

"...And gag him."

Everyone was too preoccupied with restraining and gagging ucfgrad93 to notice jav6454 had doubled over in pain. He groaned and gurgled in apparent expressions of pain before lurching up and latching onto twietee's neck. Twietee's eyes looked to ravenvii in fear as his jugular was severed.

Ravenvii buried a knife in jav6454's skull.

ucfgrad93 tsked, having spit out the rag. "Told ya you should'a listened."

It is now NIGHT 4 and bad guy jav6454 has died, killing villager twietee in the process. Deadline for night PMs is 10 AM PDT 7/10, 5 PM GMT.

thats awesome, bout time. i almost scanned you due to just the fact you were still alive. but the wolves hadnt had a chance to kill any randoms yet, due to qos nailing pluto and then they had to go after her asap.

i gotta admit, when you, twietee and moyank were going at it, i was so confused.

How would that be possible with you scanning a Maniac though? :D

But yea, I don't trust my understanding of the rules/roles either..

the meddler is another wolf, ie jav. he could of told chris, if don't panic gets scanned, put sythas name in there.


Meddler - This werewolf may provide fake scan results for the actions/status of another werewolf at night-time. If the action is a target, a random fake player is chosen. (Active, One-time use, Night-time, Private)

if you got "Maniac" as the result of the first scan, no meddling was involved.

i went back and checked last game's explanation of the meddler by chris:
The only choice on the part of the meddler is which WW they're focusing their power on. I'm also adjusting the wording so it affects all scans within that period (Seer, Seeker and Spy). A fake seer scan would say villager and I'd give them a random unassigned role. For the Seeker, I'll give them a power active on that WW from amongst the active roles that isn't the Meddler. For the spy, I'll give them a random live player.

so by that you could only get a fake scan that clears someone, not one that incriminates someone else.

also, if sythas is the maniac, there is no possible 5th traitor wolf, as the Morpher can become a baddie only if the third wolf is from the general pool.

so assuming no massively complex side act is in play, we should be done tomorrow.
 
Why so complicated DP ;)

How could there be a Meddler meddling with his meddle stuff while we have a Maniac? Both are WW exlcusive and only one is in play per se (when starting with three baddies like this game).

i think what rick was fearing was that we did NOT have a maniac, but the Maniac scan was faked by the meddler (so sythas would be a villager, and the meddler would be out there).

but yes, if we have the maniac, we couldn't have the meddler.

I see. I thought the fake result would be randomly chosen amongst those in play. But that's why I never trust myself with these rules. Blaming it on foreign languages and invisible cultural barriers.
