Safari for windows makes sense cause thats what those windows guys gonna use with their iPhone. They will love it and want more of it.

Leopard has a way to go i think. They may push it back further.
I think they meant to talk about res independence and other things- maybe virtual windows... but weren't ready. So they rehashed spaces and dashboard to fill time
