My coworkers are whispering about me....
..... They think I'm strange because I'm sitting here looking at MacRumorsLive all morning with my earbuds in and drooling at the screen......
............ Haven't blinked since 8:30 when I got in this morning......... Have also peed myself so I didn't have to get up from the screen incase so news flashed on here....... OMG one hour to go........ I think I see a beautiful light starting to shine......... Grandma? Is that you? But you've been gone for 28 years......... Feeling funny.......
ONE HOUR IS TOO LONG TO WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAA HHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this year i really don't get the iPhone excitement.
the 3g is obviously going to be presented, and it's nothing surprising.
If they presented last year it wouldn't have been surprising.

same with the majority of the other 'predictions'.
In terms of hardware, it's just catching up to offers that have been available forever.
i'm hoping that some excitement comes from the software side.

still curious about the 'one more thing' tidbit, though.

Steve on stage at the moment getting prepped: (via Engadget) :D

Ugh - but sorta funny, in an Engadget sorta way. Surprised Gizmodo didn't come up with that - but maybe Giz has another surprise in store, such as a Keynote super-special remote control to screw with Steve's presentation, or more IR remote-control follies a la CES in Vegas. ;)

Only an hour to go - and I sincerely doubt that any iPhone upgrade announcement will mean that the device itself will be immediately available - probably more likely by the end of the month, which will make these next few weeks crawl. I got my iPhone on day one, so I also assume there won't be any "deals" for me so I'll end up paying full price, not subsidized price. But that's OK by me - I have a 4GB iPhone, so it's time for an upgrade no matter how I look at it.

Plus "One more thing...?" Oh, let there be One more thing...!!

You know what would be cool, is a laptop that has a 12 inch screen, made of plastic, and runs leopard, like an iBook G4

I hate ATT... they could have an iPhone from 10years in the future and I still wouldn't buy it. So, even though the chances are slim to none, I'm hoping to heard iPhones available for all the major US carriers.

that'd be quite nice. i'd much rather be with verizon or something...

I wouldn't be surprised if they held off on the iPhone announcement and decided to gear this toward development of the iPhone's platform. WWDC was never really a platform to launch products and in recent years its been expected of Apple to release something at a major event. I'm still gunshy about the iPhone, but all signs point to yes.

are there any places with live audio feeds or anything this time? i remember finding one during the last event (granted it lagged like crazy due to traffic).

why are people posting when stores are down? THEY"RE ALL GOING TO GO DOWN. It's not news.

Polish Store is down...nope back up...nope down again...nope back up...nope down again...

LMAO....

I wonder, if all those banners show the 1st gen iPhone, what'll Apple do if the next model looks different?

They usually like to put the flagship products on the banners (see the Macbook Air?). So either they'll replace the banners, or the new iPhone looks basically the same, possibly a bit thinner/thicker, but nothing substantially different from the front.

I went pre-paid for a year in preparation for this moment. :)

Power just come back on after 4 hours out.
Same happened before the Mac World 2007 Keynote.

I just think my power supplier likes to wind me up.

No, they're not. They're just running the entire grid off of MBPs with the sudden shutdown syndrome.

My N95 felt snappier when it got ran over*.
